10 out of 10. It appears that NS Place has 2 floors of this 4 story building and has many units in this building. Ours was a truly excellent unit. Terrific location. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants and the Acropolis. View of the Acropolis from the main room. Very clean unit, looks brand new. Spacious for 4 people. Has air conditioning. There is a laundry room on the floor that is shared by all units on the floor with a washer, dryer, detergent, and 2 irons that can be used (no cost). Easy to use with a translation provided so we knew what settings to use. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. They arranged for a car to pick us up and drop us off at the airport for a very reasonable price. The 4th floor of this building has a restaurant with a roof deck with a view of the Acropolis. I would highly recommend this unit and would stay here again.

Alex was amazing and super responsive to any questions we asked! We enjoyed staying at Alex's place immensely! It is close to the Acropolis museum and in a super walkable area. The area is also decently safe, even at night! Thanks Alex for everything!

Wonderful wonderful host. I was late because I was coming from far away and they made it very easy for me to get inside the condo amazing view. It also had a parking spot for my car, spotless, clean, amazing surroundsound television system, and when I called to ask how to use it they even went as far as to FaceTime me to give me extra help. I enjoyed my stay. The area is a no-brainer. It’s the finest area in Greece and just to have a great host made it that much better, I thank them for everything they did for me greatly appreciated and worth it

We had a fabulous stay here in Vouliagmeni for a family wedding. The Great Terrace was a feature, the view was fabulous. There was some construction going on next door which was a slight shame. The apartment was very well located, easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Air conditioning was welcomed with the warm weather and we enjoyed a beverage on the terrace admiring the water views of Vouliagmeni beach. The kids loved the luxury of having their own bedroom. The shower was very small but having 2 toilets was a bonus. There were many stairs to climb to get to the apartment but as a young family that didn’t bother us, the view was worth it! Overall, a wonderful place to stay as a family.

We are fortunate to have chosen this place.The room is clean and tidy, the host prepared clean towels for us, the kitchen is fully equipped with various cooking utensils, and we can cook directly with the ingredients we bought.The host also prepared a whole basket of fruits, vegetables, and bread in advance, and handwrote a recipe for a traditional Greek salad, which was especially thoughtful.In addition, you can see the host's handwritten warm tips everywhere, from the use of appliances to the introduction of daily necessities.It feels like coming to an old friend's house. The surrounding environment is beautiful and the security is good.The community has a small playground for walking and fitness.The shopping area and beach area of Glyfada are also just a few minutes' drive away.Next time, I must choose this place!

Konstantinos is a fantastics host and his place is extremely cosy, well located in a nice, buzzy, safe area in the centre of Athens. The place feels very homely, it has all needed amenities and is located in a great area. There are so many shops, cafes, restaurants, literally just outside the building. It's located in walking distance from Athens' historical centre. The place has three working stations and great internet speed, making it ideal for people working remotely. Konstantinos was such a good host, always super communicative, thoughtful and accommodating. I would 100% recommend this place and Konstantinos as a host.

We stopped at George's house for a week, there were two of us. The house matches the photos, it is new and tastefully furnished. The lower floor is very cool, you sleep well. The kitchen area is equally comfortable, with a small terrace equipped with a table and chairs/armchairs where you can relax. The area is quiet, and you can reach streets full of shops and restaurants in about 20 minutes on foot. There are bars and supermarkets nearby. If you arrive by car or motorbike, there is a space in front of the house that solves the problem of finding a parking space... it would be difficult to find one in the area. We had a Citroen C3 and it was great. George is always available, he gave us useful advice on places to visit or places to eat good Greek food. I highly recommend it.

Great apartment with great location!

Fotini's place is wonderful, perfect and cosy place as if we lived in our own flat. This place is located in walkable distance to major areas. Wee enjoyed a lot!

Excellent apartment in a very calm and peaceful area in Athens. The apartment was just like in the photos and the apartment was spotless. Nicholas was a great host and was very accomodating by being responsive and hospitable. 100% recommended

I had a truly lovely stay at Daphne’s home. The house is extremely comfortable—every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the furnishings reflect a refined, aesthetic sensibility. The bedroom was wonderfully quiet, and I slept very well. I especially enjoyed the little patio, full of plants and flowers—a perfect spot for a peaceful morning coffee. The location, in the Kypseli neighbourhood, was ideal. It’s a lively and characterful area with plenty of local shops, cafés, restaurants, and street artists. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Just across the road there’s a brilliant greengrocer selling fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts and grains. There’s also a large, leafy park within easy walking distance—perfect for a morning run or a gentle stroll surrounded by greenery. The area is also well-connected. There’s a direct bus to Syntagma, the Acropolis, and other central sights. The metro is about a 20-minute walk away, and links you to the whole of Athens, including the airport.

The home was very beautiful and clean just like in the photos. Its location is very convenient as it is located in a quiet area, very close to the electric. Mr. Dimitris was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, explained the amenities of the house in detail. I highly recommend him!

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

What can I say the apartment was lovely and George our host was amazing! Our first night we were sent dinner and some Beers! A lovely welcome. Given the time of year, George kindly dressed the apartment for the Christmas festivities, which was well received by the whole family. In terms of accessibility you can’t beat it. Five minutes to the metro station which is a super efficient way to travel around Athens. We would recommend staying here to anyone you won’t be disappointed! Thanks George and Happy New Year!!

The place was as in the photos without any unpleasant surprises. Also, the communication with Ms. Gianna was excellent, making our stay pleasant!

The loft was just as advertised. The amenities provided are great. It is spacious and very comfortable with everything you need. The hosts were super helpful and quick to respond to any question.

Amazing accommodation if you're looking for a place to stay especially with pets. Clean and very quiet place. The back yard is directly connected to a park. Groceries, bakery and coffee shop within a 3 minute walk. Highly recommended.
