Holiday rentals with beach access in Elia Nikitis

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, da wir sehr herzlich von Nick und seiner Frau aufgenommen wurden. Sie gaben uns immer tollen hilfreiche Tipps und waren jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir etwas benötigten. Es war wirklich ein großartiger Aufenthalt in Neos Marmaras 🩵

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Apartment. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am nächsten Strand und in 15 Minuten ist der Ort Nikiti erreicht, wo es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Ausgehen gibt! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche!

Irene, an exceptional host, a perfect welcome to Greece. Friendly and eager to help you, inform you and make you feel at home. All the necessary amenities, nothing to complain about. Impeccable cleanliness, an unforgettable vacation and definitely worth checking again with Irene. 10-star restaurants in the immediate vicinity, shops and supermarkets at every step and most importantly 10 steps from the beach. Center with park 1 minute away and on the opposite side a simple and beautiful cliff. Irene, you are wonderful!

l appartement est très bien situé, proche des commerces et de la plage, avec une chambre au calme . Lena se montre très disponible ,répond aussitôt aux questions. Ses parents très discrets se dont montrés très attentionnés. Des gens charmants . Que désirer de plus? c était parfait.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Ioannis und seiner Familie. Besonders gut hat uns die griechische Gastfreundlichkeit und die ruhige, gepflegte Außenanlage gefallen. Die Wohnung ist genau wie gezeigt und beschrieben, sehr sauber und hat alles was man benötigt. Der Strand und der Ort Vourvourou sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ioannis gibt viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurantsbesuche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit. :)

Herşey anlatıldığı gibiydi. Panos tüm bilgileri detaylı olarak verdi. Temiz, düzenli ve huzur dolu bir tatil geçirdik. İhtiyacımız olan her şey önceden hazırlanmıştı. Bir kaç adımda denize ulaşmak , manzara, veranda da oturduğunuzda denizin sesini duymak mükemmel bir duygu. Tekrar gitmek isteriz.

We stayed at this AirBnb for 5 nights with my parents. The place is exactly like shown on photos. We arrived earlier than check in hour but they welcomed us and let us in. The apartment was clean and has everything you need. You have a private beach just steps away from the apartment and sunbeds and umbrella are provided. We didn’t have a chance to meet with Maria but Sophia took care of us. We enjoyed our talks and her recommendations. The hosts of this AirBnb goes above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as they can. We loved our vacation there and I recommend everyone to come stay here. We will hope to see you again in the future.

Des hôtes remarquables : une communication facile, performante et attentionnée avec Sushan. Dyonisia son épouse nous attend en fin de parcours pour nous amener à la maison , car un peu compliqué. Accueil remarquable avec un panier garni avec des œufs, du pain de mie, de la marmelade, …pour un en-cas ou un petit déjeuner. Boissons fraîches au Frigo. Appartement magnifique, très bien décoré, sur 2 niveaux avec 2 belles terrasses au soleil couchant. Climatisé. Rien ne manque. Idéal pour des gens aimant la nature et sortir des sentiers battus. La plage citée dans le descriptif est plutôt une belle crique entourée de rochers. L’accès n’y est pas forcément facile sous la chaleur particulièrement pour des personnes d’un certain âge. Mais nous nous sommes mis à l’eau sur la « plage » à-côté’ de l’hôtel Mirragio, en revenant nager vers les rochers pour profiter d’une belle baignade. Le village de PALIOURI est à un 1/4 d’heure pour faire les courses et pour trouver un restaurant sympa.. 👏👍 Merci

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit atemberaubender Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit Vasiliki war gut, sie hat meist sehr schnell geantwortet. Bei uns hat lediglich die Waschmaschine nicht funktioniert und der Strand/Geschäfte waren ein paar Minuten weiter entfernt als beschrieben. Aber alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

Ik kan de accomodatie van Theo en Anna erg aanraden. We hebben er in het voorseizoen een week verbleven en het erg naar onze zin gehad. Het huis is ruimtelijk, netjes, sfeervol en alles is aanwezig. Theo en Anna hebben ons ruim van tevoren geïnformeerd over de aankomst en overige tips en tricks. Ook kregen we na aankomst heel veel fijne aanbevelingen voor de omgeving. Het contact was heel prettig en we hebben ons erg thuis gevoeld. Hopen nog eens terug te komen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Nikoleta's Unterkunft! Der Garten ist traumhaft schön und direkt am Meer gelegen. Nikoleta kümmert sich sehr herzlich, hat uns mit Obst und Wein empfangen und hat immer sofort geantwortet, wenn wir eine Frage hatten.

One of our favourite rentals ever. A lovely peaceful atmosphere - the garden and balcony are both wonderful places to sit. Very comfortable bed. The walk down into town is easy and the house is only a couple of minutes from a village square with a restaurant and bar. Evangelos and Katrina left us honey that they they had made themselves and it was the best we had ever tasted! We went in early April so things were just starting to open up - great weather and plenty of empty beaches with swimmable sea.

Great apartment. Nice location for driving to other towns and beaches, and also short walk to restaurants and beach nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy. The host was kind enough to leave lots of local produce for us on arrival.

A lovely place to stay! Its very close to a sandy beach and there are lots of places to eat nearby. The house is very cosy and has all the amenities you need. Barbara is very helpful indeed and was always on hand if I had any questions. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. There are some amazing beaches to explore on this peninsula. Highly recommended!

Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Neos Marmaras. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Am Wochenende kann es hier mal ein bisschen lauter werden, da am Hafen Partys statt finden. Es hat uns super gefallen. Manos war immer erreichbar und ein so liebenswerter Gastgeber. Vielen vielen dank für alles!

Everything was as expected, the Lanlord was nice and sympathic and we could enjoy the morning coffee with a beautiful view on mount Athos.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren 3 Kindern in Nondas Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos, die Ausstattung wirklich sehr gut. Da wir Ende Oktober dort waren , waren wir konplett allein am wunderschönen Strand. Das Meerwasser ist herrlich und hatte noch 23 Grad. Es war wirklich ein unvergesslicher, wunderschöner Aufenthalt für die ganze Familie

Das Haus und das Grundstück mit Nähe zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, bot genügend Platz für unsere zwei Familien und verfügte über alles was wir brauchten. Die Terrassen luden zum gemeinsamen verweilen und essen ein, der Garten war toll für die Kinder. Wir haben sogar ein paar Gottesanbeterinnen und Geckos gesehen :) Die Umgebung war zu der Zeit des Jahres außerhalb der Saison sehr ruhig, was gut zum abschalten ist. Für Restaurants und Supermärkte sind wir in die nächste größere Ortschaft Nikiti gefahren. In der Nähe befinden sich viele sehr schöne Strände und Bootsverleihe zum Erkunden der unzugänglichen Buchten und Inseln. Der Urlaub hat uns rundum sehr gut gefallen. Das hat auch an der Unterkunft und Gastfreundlichkeit von Ioannis gelegen.

Ein schöner Platz für einen tollen Urlaub. Der Strand von Siviri ist der sauberste, den wir auf Kassandra gesehen haben. Nettes Fischrestaurant in erlaufbarer Nähe. Supermarkt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wunderschönes Airbnb mit Top Standort. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und leicht zu erreichen. Er hat uns gute Tips für Strände und Restaurants gegeben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Absolutely stunning apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building with the most amazing sea views one can lavish in. This corner apartment is very spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and linens, a great open kitchen with all appliances and the most amazing wrap around balcony literally a stones throw away from the sandy beach and clean sea. There is a cafe underneath with soft music in afternoons but now in May it was very quiet (which might not be the case for the summer). I loved sleeping and waking to the sound of nothing but the waves. It was a true blessing. Thank you for having me Elena!
