Holiday rentals in Elia Agiou Nikolaou

Es war sehr persönlicher und dadurch umso freundlicherer Kontakt, die Video-Anweisung, wie ich spät abends ins Haus komme, war keine Vorlage, sondern persönlich auf mich abgestimmt. Auch jederzeit konnte ich Fragen stellen und die Vermieter waren sehr empathisch, entgegenkommend und empathisch, als es ein technisches Problem in der Region gab, für das sie gar keine Verantwortung trugen. Das Haus ist toll und man kommt gut zum Strand, an dem man dann eine herrliche Wanderung am Wasser bis zum Karydi-Beach machen kann. Der Garten ist riesig. Die Straße geht direkt am Grundstück entlang, das sollten lärmempfindliche Gäste vielleicht wissen. Alles in allem war ich sehr gerne dort zu Gast und hoffentlich nicht zum letzten Mal. ;)

We had a wonderful stay at Panagiotis’ place and enjoyed the house! Initially it appears overpriced in comparison to other houses around, but once you spend some time in there you understand why it is more expensive. The house is well thought through and has everything a holiday house needs in terms of equipment from outdoor portable speaker, barbecue to small details such as mosquito repellent. There is also direct access to a small beach through a pathway. Panagiotis is fast and responsive and his welcoming attitude contributed to the positive experience with things like welcome package consisting of a wine bottle and fruits and air conditioning switched on on arrival among other things.

We had a great stay! We picked this place mostly for the 3 bedrooms (so our little kids could space out & sleep) & pool. The outdoor space was incredible - stunning pool, comfortable chairs by the pool, big outdoor table, and plenty of sun/shade. The inside was very clean. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very small. It wasn’t a problem for us because we spent most of our time outside or traveling to beaches, but just beware if you are planning for a crib in a room. The basement room is very big, just has a pull out couch as a bed. The kitchen was small but had the basics, and no table inside. The bathrooms are tiny and water spills out of the shower some. Water pressure and hot water were great though! The location was central and easy to drive to beaches nearby (Siviri fav beach, Afytos fav village). There is a beach about 30m away, but it is rocky with no chairs. The hosts were responsive and helpful, on the property a lot. Neighbors are close but bushes create privacy. Quiet and safe area!

We were looking for a peaceful location near the sea and that's exactly what we found. The house is not beachfront, but the beach is private and in most cases you and couple of locals that have houses on the beachfront will be there. The see is calm and clear and you'll have lots of fun with your kids. You can go kayaking to the nearby island and to some smaller beaches on the coast. The apartment is cute and really well equipped so you can stay for longer period. Be prepared for lots of mosquitos as the region is known for this :)

We had a fantastic stay. The views from the house are incredible. Lots of outside space with both sun and shade. It’s very peaceful, morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the water was a perfect way to start the day. The hosts were super friendly and responded very quickly when we needed to contact them. We hope to be back again!

Muhteşem. Manzara olağanüstü, büyüleyici. Kalabalıktan uzak, sessiz, sakin, huzurlu. Cennet. Konstantina çok misafirperver. Erken vardık ve plajda beklerken Konstantina bize plaja çesitli soğutulmuş meyveler ve içecek getirdi. Ayrıca evde tatilimiz sonuna kadar yeten bir sürü ikramları oldu. En ufak ayrıntısına kadar her şey düşünülmüştü. Çok teşekkür ederiz Konstantina. Umarım en kısa zamanda tekrar görüşürüz.

Amazing place! We were there in September and it was so peaceful and quiet... Lagonissi beach (one of the most beautiful on peninsula) is 5 minutes walk from apartment. Kate and Kostas are supernice and very helpful. Next time we'll be there we're 100% coming back!

Der Aufenthalt in Giannas Wohnung war fantastisch! Die moderne Einrichtung und die gute Ausstattung haben uns begeistert. Es war alles da, was man braucht und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Gianna und ihr Sohn haben uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen, ihre Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause! Der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Hafens ist perfekt und mit einem Mietwagen kann man die gesamte Halbinsel ganz einfach erkunden. Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
