Holiday rentals with a patio in El Sargento

Santiago was a great host. His apartment was great, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the location and how close it was to most restaurants and points of interest. The only thing that could improve are the common area jacuzzi’s. Their temperature maxed out at around 33-34 C. Other than that we highly recommend Santiago’s place.

Janet’s casita is a very comfortable place to stay in La Ventana. I found the bed to be comfortable, and the kitchen is really nicely set up and had everything I needed for a short stay. It was also very clean and Janet was very responsive. It’s a short 5 min walk to the beach and I had friends staying at Aqua Ventana and it was super easy to walk back and forth. My only complaint was that the path up to the house from the main road (the short cut) was basically a trash heap and pretty unpleasant to walk through. There is a lot of construction in the area so maybe they will clean it up after some of the construction is done.

If this is your first time coming to LaVentana this is a great location as sit’s in the middle of all there is to do. Very walkable to the beach,numerous coffee shops and restaurants all within 15 minutes,also the farmers market on thursdays. This particular room was great for a solo traveler, might feel a bit tight for a couple but it would work. ( Mateo has other options for couples) Room was clean and ready when I arrived. Mateo showed me everything I needed to know and also showed me the roof top patio that you could have morning coffee for sun rise or an evening drink for the sunset’s. I spent 2 weeks there and Mateo would occasionally check in with me and see if I needed anything during my stay which was nice. If you’re looking for a room at a good rate and a great location with an exceptional host give Mateo and CASA TEO a try.

Great location, quick drive to Playa Central / Baja Joes and other kite spots. Place was as described and Natacha was very helpful and responsive. Good choice for two couples

Bastante lindo el lugar y muy bien equipado, En la parte de abajo del departamento también hay zona para rentar espacios y estacionarse cuando uno viene en camper, no es molesto y todos son muy amables pero si buscas un lugar más privado a lo mejor no es para ti

Was a lovely stay in La Ventana. Thisproperty is central to the area, close to veggie stand, bakery, two coffee shops, provided access to many beaches in the area, plenty of delicious food options close by including next door. Mariu was a great host helping to answer questions and provide local tips. She got us connected to a lovely private boat tour that took us out for the day. All in all a lovely stay.

I had a perfect stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and close to fantastic beaches. The pool, patio, and rooftop were all great places to hang out. I wish I could have stayed longer.

This spot was perfect for the two of us. We lived that we could walk across the street to the beach. The rooftop deck was perfect for sunrise. The barstools at the kitchen were a perfect social/work space. When we arrived we were a bit hesitant because it’s right on the main road but it turned out to be a perfect location for us. Not as loud as we thought. The bed was comfortable and Paulina was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for the late checkout too!

La casa es fantástica, no dudes en rentarla, es mucho mejor cuando llegas. Mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bien, cómoda y limpia. Todos los servicios funcionando al 100%. Trevor es muy buen anfitrión si hay algún problema te lo soluciona de inmediato. Sin duda la volvería a rentar, pero ahora por un mes, sin dudarlo.

You will not want to leave this incredible home! It is beautifully maintained, with many indoor and outdoor seating areas, a spacious main floor, and an open-air living room and kitchen upstairs. The pool is large and clean, and the hot tub was great to use on cool nights. The casa was very clean and the beds very comfortable. There are restaurants, coffee shops, a bakery, shopping, and spa within a short walk. I hope to stay here again next year!

Excelente departamento para un viaje familiar y con una vista inigualable! Puedes ver los amaneceres, el mar y gran parte del pueblo desde la gran terraza.

Casitas ventana was absolutely wonderful for our family, safe and welcoming for our kids with a shared courtyard, pool and right on the beach. Space was very comfortable. It's a bit out of town and you'd want a car, but a couple very walkable beach restaurants and the one on site is good, and perfect jumping off point for running/mountain biking trail networks south of town. We will be back!

The studio was very nice, quite simple and cozy. Isela was a great host and easy to communicate with. The property was centrally located for my trip as well. Would definitely recommend this spot!

Buen lugar si viajan en familia, nosotros fuimos de trabajo y fue incómodo que todos estuvieran pasando a la recámara principal para bañarse porque era la única regadera pero supongo que en familia es menos incómodo
