The place is quiet, events are not allowed in the area. It is just in front of ¨Mosqueta sabores de Montaña ¨.

It´s fully equiped, with a fireplace in the livingroom and a woodstove in the corridor. You will also find a very small pool outside. It´s the right place to rest and breath fresh air. You can walk, do some trekking, visit some restaurants or cafes nearby. For those who enjoy swimming or kayaking, Potrerillos lake is 15 minutes from the house.

Super comfortable and modern house, totally sustainable, away from everything, on top of a hill on the North Coast of the Potrerillos dam with incredible views of the lake and the Cordón del Plata. Very quiet and absolutely private area. (The house is located 10 km from downtown Potrerillos, 7.5 km of which are gravel) It has a back apartment for the exclusive use of the house caretaker, who is in charge of its maintenance and cleaning.

Esta casa la construimos para la familia pero como la estamos usando poco decidí compartirla... si venis, cuidala como si fuera tuya. Tiene 2 dormitorios con camas matrimoniales, baño completo, un cómodo estar con tv LCD 42", DirecTV, sillones, chimenea, salamandra, todo lo que hace falta para pasarlo excelente. La casa se calefacciona con leña y electricidad, todos los dormitorios con estufas eléctricas igual que el estar.
