i’ve stayed at a lot of places in my time for different work trips as a business owner. This house tops it off by far. Jenifer was an exceptional host always responding straight away. the house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures, was definitely worth the price without a doubt. Jenifer catered to all of my needs aswell. Honestly can’t say a bad word about the house, my stay or the experience. Best play i’ve stayed at to date.

We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria/Paula’s house. It was located in very friendly area with restaurants and transportation near by, it was very easy to walk to grocery stores and cafes near by and had a great time in Barcelona!

We stayed here for 4 days, Jaume was really helpful in providing a binder filled with recommendations, maps & bus and train routes, and taxi numbers to get around in Barcelona! We loved the outdoor terrance. The neighborhood feels very safe and peaceful, a lot nearby cafes and restaurants, and even an outdoor & indoor shopping mall! It’s also a short walk from the bus stop and the train stations.

Narciso is the kindest, most generous Airbnb host I've ever met. He clearly loves this house very much, and he put a lot of thought into every detail, from the furniture to the lighting to the decor and plants in the front yard. Speaking of the front yard, it's amazing to have a peaceful private outdoor space in a busy city, while still being within walking distance to numerous cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores. The house and neighborhood were quiet and peaceful at night. Getting to and from Barcelona was easy with the nearby train & metro station. For international visitors like us, Narciso also speaks excellent English. A 100/100 experience. Highly recommended!

Good place accessible pool plenty transport links to attractions and busier areas nearby. Lovely restaurants and bakeries nearby within 10/15 minute walk. Plenty amenities to cook with and watch telly and good size balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect — close to everything yet quiet. But the highlight was definitely the terrace — it made our mornings and evenings truly special. Would love to come back!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end chez Mercedes. Mercedes est une personne très agréable,souriante,toujours disponible pour discuter et rendre service. Plus qu'une hôte,on dirait qu elle est de la famille. elle donne des bons conseils de visites et autres. Ses logements sont très bien équipés, très fonctionnels et la piscine un gros plus après des journées de visites sous la chaleur! Barcelone est à 30 mins en train et il faut compter 20 mins de marche pour rejoindre la station de train. Il y a des bus à passer à 50 m de sa maison mais peu fréquent surtout le week-end. Nous avons manger dans 1 super restaurant la Ponderosa à 10mins de marche ou la paella,les tapas sont excellents et bon marché! Pour résumer je conseille fortement le logement de Mercedes qui se trouve au calme loin du tumulte de Barcelone pour passer des soirée détente et des nuits reposantes. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Josep is an amazing host. He has a lovely home which is very eager to share. The amenities are great, the pool is just what you need on a hot morning. El Masnou is a lovely area in itself but has good transport links to central Barcelona.

We had the best stay at Alejandro’s villa. My 11 year old son particularly enjoyed the pool. The area was nice and quiet but still had lots of amenities. We used taxis to visit Barcelona centre and Camp Nou. We would definitely return. Thank you 🤩

Very friendly and accomodating hotel, the apartments are an extension of the hotel so we recieved the hotel ammenities and concierge service in addition to the privacy of an airbnb style accomodation 10/10

Great location and terrace! We arrived at 3:30 p.m. with check-in scheduled for 4 p.m., and as it turned out, our room was cleaned later than 4 p.m. Other than that, everything was perfect! They also accurately arranged a cab for us after check-out!!

Thank you for the stay. The place was even better than what we expected and it was the perfect home away from home to explore Barcelona. The Terrace made me feel like a local and even though there is no lift, it is so worth the climb.

If you want to stay in Gràcia while in Barcelona, just book this place! No need to look further. It could reasonably sleep four people, but it was priced well enough for me to book it for a solo trip. I got everywhere in Barcelona using the metro stop blocks away. And everything you'd ever want to eat or drink is walkable. Elena is awesome! Super responsive, clear in communication, and a great resource for whatever you need to know. Thank you!

This place is as described. Very comfortable and located in a great area with lots of restaurants and walkable to many attractions. The train station is right around the corner as well. Alejandro is super communicative ans the extra touch with the restaurant recommendations and day trips was very welcome and we took advantage of some of the suggestions. We would definitely stay here again. Just as many others said lugging the luggage up the stairs is tough but you only have to do it once.

We had a fantastic time in Barcelona. Alejandro’s place was just as listed. It’s a great location, with good restaurants close by. Everything you could possible need is supplied and it helped being able to wash our clothes as we’d be traveling for a while. The neighbour hood is quite loud on a Saturday night (but what city isn’t). Communication with Alejandro and team was amazing. We would highly recommend this stay. Thanks Alejandro and team!

Lovely apartment! Very close to lots of little shops and restaurants on a walkable main street with beautiful tree canopy, as well as the beach! Apartment itself was simple but exactly as advertised, nice little place to relax with comfy couch and balcony to have a few drinks or get some nice photos!
