Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in El Pilar, Fuencarral-El Pardo

It will be my place in Madrid. Unlike depressing hotels, this place is cozy and close to everything.. specially El Retrio Park. Everything was clean, the apartment is good for two people. Check in and check out was super easy. Only problem there’s no ironing board.. other than that, everything was perfect.

Monaro é uma excelente anfitriã, nos respondia sempre rapidamente quando precisei. O apartamento é muito confortável, as toalhas e a roupa de cama são ótimas. A cozinha é muito bem equipada, aparelhos novos. Chuveiro ótimo. Localização perfeita para quem quer ficar na Gran Via, ao lado dos melhores teatros e restaurantes.

Cesar was a wonderful host - he communicated with us quickly and effectively. The flat was beautiful and right in the heart of Madrid, you cannot ask for a better location. Our very favourite was Le Coquette which is a blue bars just a short walk away. You cannot go wrong with this spot - thank you for the memories

Esta es mi segunda vez en un año que me quedo en el apartamento y es como retornar a casa . Todo muy nítido y con buen gusto . El orden y la limpieza impecable ! El espacio es lo que mas disfruto. Es un Apartamento para 5 personas con mucho espacio para cada uno si desea un poco de privacidad. Los felicito tienen un bello apartamento y siempre que vaya a Madrid sera mi primera opción . Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! Le logement et la bâtisse etait super propre, très moderne, très confortable pour les chaudes journées, nous étions déçu de ne pas pouvoir rester plus longtemps. À proximité d'une station de métro qui rend les deplacements super facile. L'hôte a été agréable, réactif et les instructions très claires. Nous le recommandons à 100%.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, everything we needed, a fridge, stove, cutlery, washer-dryer, a comfortable sofa, a desk, and everything worked. Ana was a great host, she was in time already at the we set, friendly, very responsive, gave us 2 sets of keys which is sometimes a problem with apartments. the location is good enough just need to know that it's 10-15 minutes walk to the metro, and about 20-30 minutes to every museum and attraction, which for us was great. many coffees, restaurants and supermarkets close by. we loved our stay here!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Victor. C’est Carlos qui nous a reçu, et avec qui nous avons échangé. Il était très réactif, serviable et disponible pour la moindre chose. Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter Madrid. Métro à proximité, et ligne qui dessert très facilement le centre. Le logement était impeccable à notre arrivée, et très beau. Merci beaucoup et on recommande. ☺️

El apartamento de Ramón es literalmente como lo describe. Es un oasis que no esperas encontrar en medio de una ciudad como Madrid. Él en todo momento ha estado pendiente de nuestras necesidades y ha sido muy atento y simpático con nosotros! Sin duda nos encantaría volver!

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmen's place. It was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, plus easily walkable to access public transportation. The space was clean and inviting, and Carmen was very responsive to any questions that we had.

Totalmente recomendable. Bien situado, el apartamento tenía de todo y era muy cómodo. Todo perfecto a la llegada, limpio y ordenado. Comunicación excelente con Miguel Ángel. Como puntos de mejora, diría que las almohadas eran muy finas, aunque es cuestión de gustos. Y quizás que hubiese más enchufes en las habitaciones.

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

El departamento muy cómodo y completamente equipado con lo necesario. Aire acondicionado en los dos ambientes, cocina bien equipada. Buena presión del agua en la ducha. Apto para estancias largas de una pareja.

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.
