Pet-friendly holiday rentals in El Pilar, Fuencarral-El Pardo

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Although we could only stay one night, we felt at home. We were able to travel with our dog and Pablo, knowing that we were arriving late, made us the sofa bed. The area is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. I wish I could repeat soon!

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

The apartment is as it appears in the photos, nothing is missing, and Óscar is attentive to anything from arrival to departure. Highly recommended apartment if you want to visit Madrid but want to rest in a quiet environment. And being able to travel with your pet makes it unbeatable!

We stayed in this apartment for 11 days and found it to be a great apartment/house. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the amenities at hand and direct transportation to the center and points of interest in Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and will help you with anything you need, always with a smile and from the heart. Regarding the apartment, it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your home. A small but super functional bathroom and a pretty good shower with pressure, hot water and different water outlet modes. It has a very practical and very comfortable patio to enjoy the sun, hang clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, iron, clean, towels and plenty of sheets... A spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't be cold or hot thanks to the heating that you can manage yourself. We recommend it 100%

Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Eduardo was helpful and left all the information very clearly. The location is excellent, there are parking spaces on the street and it was also very easy and quick to get to the center by bus that stops almost at the door. There are also shops nearby, a market, a pharmacy and good bars. We took advantage of the outdoor area for a pleasant breakfast, it was a pity we didn't have time to ride a bike, since the surroundings are very pleasant. I highly recommend it!

Very bright and comfortable accommodation. Quiet location with a subway stop and supermarket nearby. Liuta was very kind and attentive to us, we would repeat without hesitation.

As per the photos, the only minor issue was that some of the amenities were not very well maintained but did not affect the use.Clean and cozy, very friendly, smooth communication, able to solve problems quickly ~

Everything was fantastic. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, with good views, very bright and very well located. Possibility of parking in the same building. We had a wonderful stay at Almudena’s Airbnb in Majadahonda while visiting our son who lives in the area. From the beginning, Almudena’s communication was excellent—friendly, prompt, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Our flight was significantly delayed, and we didn’t arrive until the early hours of the morning, but Almudena’s son was still available to meet us and check us in, which we really appreciated after a long journey. It made a big difference and set the tone for a warm and welcoming stay. The apartment itself was lovely—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It felt like a real home away from home. We also loved the location—peaceful and charming, with everything in Majadahonda just a short walk away: shops, restaurants, parks, and more. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended.

Myself and 3 friends visited Madrid for a weekend trip, Eduardo's apartment was exactly what we were after. Was very easy to check in, and close by to the metro with a short journey into the city centre. 5 minute walk away from the Bernabau too if you are a football fan! The apartment was spotless, Eduardo was quick to respond with any messages, or questions. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return for a trip to Madrid, would recommend! The accommodation was pristine... quiet area, had public parking in the area and a bar next door where you can have a great time... in general everything was great... the only downside that I see is that you have to take the subway and the nearest station was about 15/20 min walk, but otherwise everything was great!

The accommodation is very well located, close to subway station (A 10 minute walk) is very close to the royal palace of Madrid. The complete apartment has all the items to make a breakfast and prepare small meals. The host left us coffee , sugar and tea capsules at our disposal. I recommend this place to everyone.

We spent 9 days here. There were 6 of us (two adults, four kids) and it fit us perfectly. The location was very good - walkable to Eva Duarte Park (2 min) and El Retiro (20 min) and close to several grocery stores. The place is great for kids as the bedroom has pull-out beds. Master bedroom works well and has a dedicated bathroom. Air conditioning works great. We would turn it off during the day and on during the afternoon. It cools down quickly. The induction stove is amazing and Carlos had a good amount of plates, silverware, etc. I would recommend his place particularly for adults with kids.

Victor’s place is lovely. It is smartly designed and accommodated. He was very helpful in his communication for both checking in and out. It was perfect for a solo traveler seeking a nice quiet neighborhood that’s close to metro and other amenities like grocery and parks.
