Carlos was proactive from the get go. The apartment very clean and the location was excellent, very close to the Castellana, with good access to grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed are stay at Carlos’ property and he was extremely responsive. We highly recommend his place.

Todo perfecto, buena zona, Francisco nos dejo flexibilidad con horarios, atento, y todo tal y como pone en el anuncio, si vuelvo a ir a Madrid se donde tengo una casa.

Estuvimos 4 días y estuvo genial. Ninguna objeción a la casa es perfecta para 2 / 3 personas.

A beautiful place to stay. A safe and quiet neighbourhood all you need after a busy day in Gran Via. Andrea has been very responsive during our stay and was flexible with check-ins and checkouts. Metro is a 12 mins walk which connects you to Central Madrid conveniently. Would return again when we come to Madrid.

La estadía estuvo muy bien. El apartamento es para 3 personas cuenta con una cama de matrimonio doble y un sillón en el que entra 1 persona y los 3 se puede estar cómodamente. La zona está bien, algo alejada del centro pero se accede fácilmente con bus y metro cerca. Mike fue muy atento durante la estadía. Muy buena relación precio-calidad

Esperanza fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de mis necesidades. El apartamento era pequeño, pero tenía todo lo necesario tal y como ella misma lo comenta. La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrico y cómodo para moverse por Madrid, y al mismo tiempo muy tranquilo, no habían ruidos por la noche y se podía descansar perfectamente. Hay supermercados y otros comercios a unos pocos metros, por lo que cualquier necesidad se puede cubrir fácilmente. ¡Un precio excelente para la ubicación y el trato recibidos!

El apartamento es excelente y los aportes de Yiftach y su colaboradora lo hicieron todo mejor y más fácil . El alojamiento brinda todo lo esperado ya que se trata de artefactos nuevos en perfecto funcionamiento . El agua , su presión son excelentes. El equipamiento es completo . La ubicación no puede ser mejor , en pleno centro pero absolutamente silencioso. Permite recorrer los principales puntos de Madrid a pie y la proximidad al Metro complementa lo anterior. Zona bulliciosa , atractiva y a la vez muy segura. . Seguramente volvería al apartamento.

Siamo stati ospitati in una casa accogliente, pulita, luminosa e silenziosa. Molto ben arredata e completa di tutto. Unico punto debole la lontananza dal centro, che sta 20 minuti circa, ma la metro è vicina e con Uber abbiano risolto ogni necessità. Consiglio questo host e questo appartamento , perché siamo stati davvero molto bene! Caterina, Padova (Italy)

Very nice modern apartment in Madrid. On the first floor which is nice for getting bags up and down. Near the heart of Madrid with access to all the major transit lines to get around the city. Would stay again!

Mariola was very friendly and responsive. Everything was exactly as we hoped.

Cesar was a wonderful host - he communicated with us quickly and effectively. The flat was beautiful and right in the heart of Madrid, you cannot ask for a better location. Our very favourite was Le Coquette which is a blue bars just a short walk away. You cannot go wrong with this spot - thank you for the memories

En pleno Lavapiés, pero a la vez muy tranquilo y cómodo. Muy bien situado. El piso muy limpio y cómodo. Todo nuevo. Recomendable para una pareja.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Rafael è stato un vero padrone di casa. sempre cordiale nelle comunicazioni che avevano in maniera molto celere. l'appartamento èa 200 metri dalla stazione metro di Tirso de Molina da cui poi si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. pulito ed ordinato.

José fue muy amable con nosotros, así como Ana, la persona encargada de la limpieza. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio casi nuevo. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta.

Notre séjour dans l’appartement s’est très bien passé ! L’appartement est bien équipé, en demi sous sol ce qui permet de garder une certaine fraîcheur ! La literie est confortable et la salle de bain top (mention spéciale au jacuzzi après de longues balades !) La mini terrasse est appréciable ! Le quartier est calme tout en disposant de tout à quelques pas : supermarché, petits commerces, multiples d’arrêt de bus (la meilleure façon de se déplacer depuis l’appartement pour les sites plus touristiques !)

Le lieu est calme. Le logement est très bien équipé avec des petits plus (eau petillante, eau plate. café, thé, infusion, chocolat et bonbons...) en plus d'un logement très propre, spacieux un lit bien fait et très confortable comme les oreillers. Des serviettes qui sentent bon la lessive. Bref un accueil sans faute avec un suivi de l'hôte qui s'assure que tout aille bien dès l'arrivée. C'est très appréciable, bous recommandons chaleureusement.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would!! - Our hosts were responsive, thoughtful, kind and considerate with every touch point in the suite. So many GREAT recommendations too! - This Airbnb is one of the cutest I have had the pleasure to stay at - not just the adorable design elements, but the efficient layout, well appointed amenities and the general positive energy in the neighbourhood all contributed to a fabulous stay - The location cannot be more central - literally mere steps away from the hustle and bustle of Gran Via and beyond, but still tucked away enough that it's ALWAYS quiet and peaceful - No matter how hot it got outside (and it was HOT during our visit), the space somehow magically remained cool & comfortable! Even though it's fully equipped with AC in the living room and AC and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, at no point did we feel the need to turn them on. It's like a miracle! - Soooo many restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc in the immediate proximity GRACIAS!
