All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

The cabin has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en-suite. It has a deck in front and on the side and its own 180m2 garden. The deck is a great place to relax in the sun loungers or have a barbecue, combining the proximity of the grill, the garden, and the shade of the large tiled gallery to create a pleasant stay for guests. The kitchen has an exit door to the deck and is integrated with a breakfast bar to the dining room and the living room with its Smart TV.

Incredible views of the sunrise and sunset are located a few meters from the beach and the boardwalk ideal for hiking, recreational or sporting coastal walks. Located 6 blocks from downtown and 10 from historical and cultural town, with its quaint bars and restaurants. In the building, you can enjoy the heated pool and gym. it is very good accommodation for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

Places of interest: The historic district with all its charm is 10 minutes away. You'll love my place because of the light, a balcony that can be enjoyed at all times with an incredible view. Fully enjoyable for its heated and outdoor pools, gym, and sauna. The complex also has its own restaurant for guests' convenience. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable, equipped for an excellent stay.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Just 15 minutes away from the old town and port of Colonia del Sacramento. Wooden cabin in the middle of the trees. Great for couples, to relax and be disconnected. We don’t have wifi nor TV.
