Holiday rentals with beach access in Eixample

My family and I enjoyed our Barcelona stay at Rosa and Nicolas' place. There were very warm and gave a great orientation to their place, the neighborhood and the city. Very responsive and helped us arrange transportation from the airport. Would definitely recommend Rosa and Nicolas as hosts.

I had a wonderful experience at Jorge’s place. Everything was great. The location of the apartment was just perfect for all the attractions! Walkable distance to mostly everything as well very easy if needed to grab a taxi to visit farthest attractions. Jorge was a great host very friendly!

Wir waren 3 Tage in der Unterkunft. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt. 3 Minuten zum Strand und eine gute Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Loni ist eine sehr freundliche und nette Frau. Sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und geholfen. Kleine Mängel wurden sofort behoben. Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!))

First, Judith is a warm and kind host. She communicates readily and offers many suggestions to make your stay memorable. The penthouse is fantastic. There is small balcony for your morning coffee and a large terrace to hang out on that is hard to leave, and offers plenty of seating and a wonderful hammock to relax in. The apartment is immaculate and the kitchen is well equipped. In addition, there is a washer and a drying rack. We were delighted to find two beach umbrellas and beach towels for our use. There is a metro station, a tram and bus stops outside your door. We look forward to returning to this magical place.

Laura made our trip to Barcelona Wonderful. Not only was she meet and greet us but provided us with lots of tips and really helpful insights which really helped us get the most out of our stay.

We enjoyed our week in this beautiful flat situated in the charming Pobleneu neighborhood. It was convenient to the beach, universities, and the metro. There are many wonderful restaurants near by and grocery stores. The amenities were perfect, including a well appointed kitchen, two bathrooms with nice showers (hot water and good water pressure! :) the best part though was the balcony and good light coming in through the windows at the front and back of the flat. Highly recommend!

Thank you for letting me stay in your lovely apartment in Barcelona! Jordi gave me clear instructions on where and when to meet for check-in. As previous guests have mentioned, there are narrow stairs to get to the apartment, so it may not be so easy with a big suitcase or for less mobile people. However, I was aware of this beforehand, and it didn't bother me. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I was so happy there was air conditioning during the Barcelona summertime. :)

Hands down, the best hosts we have experienced. From the moment we booked, Susana and Alvero were kind and classy. The apartment was in a great location for us just outside Barcelona. Our family of five felt right at home and would certainly stay again if our travels bring us back to Mongat! Look no further, you found the right place!

¡Todo tal como lo prometido y mejor! Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue excelente de principio a fin. Todo coincidía exactamente con la descripción del anuncio: limpio, bien equipado, cómodo y en una ubicación perfecta. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida, clara y amable en todo momento. El apartamento estaba impecable a nuestra llegada, con todos los detalles cuidados: desde la ropa de cama hasta los utensilios de cocina. Además, se notaba que piensan en la comodidad del huésped. Lo mejor es que no hubo sorpresas desagradables, todo fue tal como lo esperábamos (¡o incluso mejor!), lo cual se agradece mucho cuando uno viaja. Fue una experiencia tan buena que sin duda volveríamos a reservar este lugar en el futuro. ¡100% recomendable!

Excelente anfitrión. Nos ofrecio su ayuda durante la crisis por el apagón. Siempre estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros. Y su alojamiento fue muy cómodo para nosotros. Excelente sitio muy cerca a la playa.

We stayed here for 4 days, Jaume was really helpful in providing a binder filled with recommendations, maps & bus and train routes, and taxi numbers to get around in Barcelona! We loved the outdoor terrance. The neighborhood feels very safe and peaceful, a lot nearby cafes and restaurants, and even an outdoor & indoor shopping mall! It’s also a short walk from the bus stop and the train stations.

Mo's place is ground floor ,easy access with the best of both worlds , beach and access to the city. Perfect if you have kids , we did our sightseeing in the morning and relaxed on the beach in the afternoon. 4 supermarkets within a 3min walk plus local restaurants. The accomodation is on 3 levels with includes a private roof terrace. Super clean, everything you need. Snacks and essentials on arrival Basically zero complaints Mo greets you on arrival which is a really nice touch, settles you in and keeps in touch .spent 3 nights in Barca. Best airbnb for us

Miguel’s home was impeccably, clean and fully furnished with anything we needed. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and wonderful dining. Miguel and his wife were lovely! This truly was one of the most beautiful accommodations I have ever stayed at! I hope to return soon.

Wir waren zu dritt bei Trude und Miguel und sind einfach nur begeistert! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Trude hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Miguel haben wir am nächsten Tag kennengelernt und beide sind super freundlich und offen. Außerdem haben wir sehr hilfreiche Tipps für umliegende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants erhalten. Der Strand ist Fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist zwar außerhalb von Barcelona, aber trotzdem mit Bus und Bahn gut erreichbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen den Großstadttrubel zu entkommen. Hier kann man entspannen und es sich gut gehen lassen. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen und können es nur weiterempfehlen! ☺️🫶🏻

Tres beau logement, situé en sous-sol du logement de la proprietaire, il est tres calme et idealement placé. A 1 minutes d'un parc pour enfant (2 à 12ans) , 5 minutes du supermarche et 8 minutes du train à pied. La ligne R1 du train met 25 minutes pour aller a la station "Catalunya", place centrale de Barcelone. La propriétaire Nancy est très réactive par message et est sympathique. Les instructions pour arriver sont claires. Il y à également tous les centres d'intérêt dans le PDF donné. 3 lits en 90 pour les petits et un lit kiiiiiinnnnnggsize pour les parents. Tout était parfait. Merci.

This was my third time staying with Jordi and Manel. Their home is always such a great home base when my friends and I visit Barcelona. It's close to the metro, in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants nearby, and also a quick walk to the beach! On top of that, the place itself has everything you need and Jordi / Manel are ready to help anyway they can.

We stayed here as a family—my wife, our 2-year-old child, and I—and everything was just perfect. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, and more. It was thoughtfully equipped for all types of guests, including families with children. We especially appreciated the presence of toys, which made our little one feel right at home. There was nothing missing, and everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Thank you for helping make our trip so enjoyable!

We loved staying here! Excellent location! We could look out and see so much. Loads of places to eat right nearby. The place was clean, stocked, and exactly what we were expecting. Would absolutely recommend.

Superbe séjour à MONTGAT dans ce magnifique appartement.Ce logement est très bien équipé :vous vous sentirez très vite comme chez vous. La propreté est irréprochable. La cuisine vous permet de préparer de bons repas et de manger si le temps le permet sir le balcon, très verdoyant , très agréable. Il y a vraiment tout : cuisine équipée , lave vaisselle ,bbq. La gare est à 10 minutes à pied et vous permet de rejoindre BCN en 20 minutes. Vous pouvez garer votre voiture à 5 minutes à pied de l'appart dans un parking public. Cette location est vraiment idéale si vous voulez visiter barcelone ou ses environs au calme , lin du tumulte de la ville. Montgat est très calme :il y a une jolie plage et la ballade front de mer est très agréable . C'est vraiment un logement idéal ! Encore merci à David et Gloria pour leur accueil.

Mariona fue una excelente host, el Departamento era muy completo y todo funcionaba a la perfección! la zona es muy tranquila y muy cerca de la playa, por lo cual recomiendo hospedarse aquí en vez de otros alojamientos más cerca del centro! Hemos pasado unos días excelentes y volveremos sin dudarlo

Great apartment and location! Right near the Metro station to easily get around. Host was great at communicating and helpful. He met us at the apartment and was flexible, letting us check in early which was helpful after arriving by train from Madrid. The views were great and the apartment had air conditioning!

Wir möchten uns bei Nadia& taras für den tollen Aufenthalt bedanken. Es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist top und man braucht nur 2 min bis zur Metro und zur Stadt 15 min. Alles sehr gut erreichbar. Können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

We had a great stay at Luis’s flat. It was a great space in a wonderful location. Very peaceful, safe and walkable to much of what we did while in Barcelona. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Barcelona.
