This romantic country-style villa in the middle of the Eifel is detached in a wonderful garden of 4500 m² with an ancient tree population. The vacation home offers ample space for large families or small groups of up to 12 people on over 200 m². On 2 floors there are 1 kitchen, 2 living rooms, dining room, 2 bathrooms, a toilet and 5 bedrooms. A small wellness area with sauna and another bathroom are located in the basement. We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

The house is very rural, but you can reach the train station in a few minutes and so you can also travel to larger cities or to the nearest one to shop.
