Situated directly on the edge of the famous Mühl Valley, it offers relaxation and tranquility, enjoys the view or uses the time for a walk in the forest. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, but you are welcome to take a smoking break in the courtyard. Parking spaces are available either on the premises themselves or in the private parking lot 50 metres away.

I rent my 34 sqm 1.5 room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows for short distances to culture, sights, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, on the hall beach and in Paradise Park, which are easy to reach by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the construction site nearby. Since March, there is considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Naumburg Cathedral and the market square are a 5-minute walk.
