Delightful studio apartment, on the first floor of an elegant and historic building. Overlooking Piazza del Mercato ("the city's living room"). Apartment furnished with antique furniture, equipped with everything you need. Small and cozy, with attention to the smallest details, perfect as a base for exploring the city. From here, you can walk to the main monuments in a few minutes: Duomo, Rocca Albornoziana and Museo del Ducato, Ponte delle Torri. My place is good for couples and solo travelers.

We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for our short trip to Umbria. With the fantastic hosts Paola and Romeo, we felt welcomed as two old friends, they are very kind people and gave us great advice on the most beautiful places to visit in the area! The apartment is very clean and has a strategic location: it is 5 minutes by car from the center of Spoleto but is in a very quiet and peaceful area. The large garden was much appreciated by our dog! 🐶

Roberta's lovely annex met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had told her about at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of yogurt of all kinds, milk and fruit juice. In the kitchen, there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, rusks, and various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, affable and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, fragrant towels, shampoo, bubble bath, hair dryer of decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.

I spent a wonderful week in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The apartment is extremely clean, tastefully furnished, partly with valuable antiques. There is nothing missing: the kitchen is well equipped, towels and bed linen of excellent quality, perfect WiFi and two TVs (living area & bedroom). Very practical: parking directly in front of the entrance. Outside, you can sit undisturbed in the shade or in the sun - ideal for relaxing. The warmth of Laura and her family was overwhelming. They were always helpful, patient with my imperfect Italian, and we got along wonderfully. The location is ideal for discovering Spoleto and many places in beautiful Umbria on day trips. I was very sad to have to leave again - my time there was so beautiful. I would love to come back and can highly recommend this accommodation, even for longer stays. Thank you very much, dear Laura!

From Silvio and Marialuisa you feel at home, we and our four-piece friend have lived magnificent moments with them. Especially our German shepherd, Ken who was able to play in their courtyard with their grandchildren Roberto and Manuel. We found two friends that we will always bring to our hearts. Thank you for everything they shared with us. They were more than hospitable and the harmony we breathed from them was immeasurable. If we go back to Umbria, we will definitely stay with them.
