Apartamento pequeño pero con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en la playa, menaje de cocina, toallas, sábanas etc… Es un apartamento muy coqueto pero mejor para dos personas que para tres. Muy cerca de la parte vieja y de la playa Neversea, también hay un par de museos cerca. Roxana una anfitriona excepcional, y sus padres también muy simpáticos. En la descripción del apartamento dice que tiene parking gratuito, pero en realidad es que la calle adyacente al bloque es de aparcamiento gratuito, a nosotros nos costó un par de vueltas aparcar, y Roxana nos recomendó no mover el coche durante nuestra estancia. Todas las demás calles son de pago de 0:00~24:00 y bastante caro. La única pega que le pondría es que al ser un edificio antiguo, los desagües del wc echan un poco de olor, se nota más por la mañana si no se ha utilizado durante la noche.

Excellent apartment with a great location in Constanta. The nearest sea beach is about fifteen minutes walk away, without any descents or ascents. There is a large Lake Tabacariei nearby, you can see it from the apartment window. I went for morning runs around the lake - it takes fifty minutes. Nearby, on the shore of the lake, there is a large shopping mall, there are many cafes and restaurants around. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very good and responsive hostess Anuta, who is very attentive to her tenants and is always open to communication and cooperation. I am very grateful to her for everything.

We have stayed a week a Adina's place and it was wonderful, the apartment is perfectly located next to the beach and you can hear and see the waves from the balcony. Adina is very friendly and we had a very good communication during our stay.

Locuința este exact ca in poze, locatia aproape de parc si restaurante. La plaja se poate ajunge foarte usor prin Satul de Vacanță Mamaia. Gazda ne-a oferit si un loc de parcare. Per total o cazare potrivita pentru bugetul acordat. Mulțumim frumos și revenim cu drag si altă dată!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Allerdings gab es sehr wenig Steckdosen. In 5 Minuten ist man am Strand und in einem Supermarkt. Besonders gemütlich ist der Hof gestaltet,wir haben uns gern da aufgehalten. Wir hatten oft Besuch von Katzen d, manchmal 4 bis 5 gleichzeitig, was uns nicht gestört hat, allerdings haben einige davon dahin uriniert, was unangenehm war. Wir würden die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Bra boende mitt vid stranden och gågatan. Flera pooler och restauranger i resorten och i närheten. Svårt med parkering på helgen så kom gärna en Tors-Mån och låt din bil stå parkerad. Bra lägenhet med allt du behöver på den soliga sidan med havsutsikt. Negativt var städbolaget som ej skött sina uppgifter men värden löste detta!

We really loved our stay at Tudors place. We didn't get a lot information from the woman who gave us the keys and had some trouble with the hot weather but Tudor gave us all the missing information via text messages. The place is close to the beach and well equipped. We enjoyed every moment Highly recommend!!

Parfait ! Très accueuillant et les informations données sont claires et précises. L’hôte a des notions de français. L’endroit est vraiment propre et on nous a laissé énormément d’espace de vie, de plus nous avons tout à disposition à l’étage (cuisine complète, lave linge, salle de bain...) Grand plus, l’espace extérieur est complet (douche, WC, frigo, machine à café…). Nous reviendrons probablement.

O locație excelentă - spațiu suficient de mare și bine organizat atât în casă, cât și în curte. Am stat un weekend la această unitate de cazare alături de cățelul nostru. Gazda a comunicat cu noi foarte eficient și a fost foarte săritoare, mereu la dispoziția noastră. Distanța până la plajă: *10 minute cu mașina. *nu am explorat și pe jos, e o distanță care poate fi făcută, nimic imposibil, însă depinde cine face acest traseu și când (mă refer la vară când, din cauza căldurii, toate distanțele ne par mai greu de parcurs). Casa este echipată cu tot ce e nevoie pentru a petrece timp de calitate acolo - bucătărie cu de toate, două băi funcționale, două dormitoare, sobă funcțională în care se poate face focul, spații comune amenajate, zonă de dinning, foișor și grătar. Nu există TV - aviz familiilor cu copii sau pasionaților. :) Dacă sunteți în căutarea unei oaze de verdeață în apropierea mării, acesta este locul perfect!

We had a pleasant stay at this cosy beachside home. It’s a great spot for a family, with the beach just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy with our child. The green yard provided a nice space to relax. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place for a family getaway.

First off great location, straight line to the beach. the place is that of a classic country home and feels like home. it's rustic and at first glance seems rough. but once inside it's clean and spacious the kitchen has everything needed. some spices and oils she even left milk for us. very thoughtful host. at one point it was a bit hot and humid I simply asked if she had a fan and she went out and bought us brand new fans within an hour. definitely a great person and a beautiful location left us an incredible experience remembering Constanta forever. the location is within a 5 min walk to the three beaches in the area, local convenience stores, gelato, fresh local fruits, pastry shops even dolphins within a short walk as well. we will definitely be back! thank you very much Lavinia!

This was the perfect place for our large family to stay close to nice beaches at the Black Sea. The house was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Our only complaint was there was only AC in the bedrooms upstairs , but the downstairs area didn’t get too hot so it wasn’t too uncomfortable. Host was very helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend.

Had a fantastic stay at Ban's condo. Great facilities. Ban was always friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at Aurelian Calin's property. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, with a great view of the Black Sea, close to local attractions, and in a quiet area. Aurelian was a fantastic host, always responsive and eager to help with any questions or recommendations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Jó elhelyezkedés ,közel a strandokhoz ,boltokhoz.Tisztaság és rend várt.Klímás,teraszos lakás.Nagyon meg voltunk elégedve vele.

Excelent, apartament foarte frumos, curățenie, gazde primitoare, 2 minute pe jos pana la plaja, totul arata ca în pozele de prezentare. Recomand aceasta locație.

An extraordinarily clean, beautiful and spacious apartment. The terrace is huge and you can enjoy the view of the sea. Sabrina is always active and helpful with any information. I personally left a bag in the apartment after check out and Sabrina had no problem letting me back into the apartment to get my luggage. Totally recommend!!! 5 STARS!!!!
