Family-friendly holiday rentals in Edremit

We spent 2,5 weeks in the Maya’s apartment. It’s lovely home-away from home place. Excellent location close to Malama beach and Kapparis restaurants. Apartment is on the second floor with direct view from balcony on community pool. There is elevator for 4 persons. Kitchen has everything you need for long stay and it’s new. Living room is connected to the kitchen and has exit to the balcony. There is table and 4 chairs there snd we had nice dinners “under the stars”. Every room is equipped with new AC, all works. This place is excellent for families with kids, our little one had lots of fun there - pool any time or beach close by. Malama beach is closest and best for kids among all near by. It’s long walk shallow with well warmed crystal clear water. Take your snorkeling set and you can enjoy some fish watching. Building has free parking but you can manage there even without car. “Metro” is very close by walk. The only thing are “blackout” curtains - they are not that lightproof.

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Ev oldukça rahat ve temizdi, hiçbir sorunla karşılaşmadık, mutfak araç gereçleri temiz ve oldukça yeterliydi. Ev sahibi de oldukça ilgiliydi, her sorumuza hızlıca cevap verdi. İçiniz rahat bir şekilde konaklayabilirsiniz.

Det bästa air-bnb boendet hittills ( av många). Som barnfamilj kände vi oss väldigt hemma. Fanns allting vi behövde ( potta, spjälsäng, matstol, leksaker och balanscykel). Äldsta (3 åringen) cyklade på balanscykeln varje dag till stranden. Startpaketet med mat var väldigt bra, då vi var väldigt slitna efter att ha rest i 9 timmar med småbarn. Området är lugnt och autentiskt. Restauranger och matbutiker finns inom gångavstånd. Stranden, Malama beach, var väldigt rent och barnvänlig. Pratar redan om att komma tillbaka och bo här igen! 💛

Kaum zu glauben aber die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern! Man hat einen atemberaubenden Ausblick über die ganze Skyline. Die Villa ist ein perfekter Spot für den Sonnenaufgang. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber gewesen. Lediglich das Sofa ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat einen etwas eigenartigen Geruch. Ein funktionstüchtiger Grill wäre auch schön gewesen. Dennoch empfehlen wir die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten erst Angst, dass die Villa nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern ist. Aber wir wurden nicht enttäuscht sie ist wunderschön es gibt einen super Service alle drei Tage circa kamen Putzkräfte die Handtücher ausgetauscht haben geputzt haben und die Betten gerichtet haben. Das einzige Manko war, dass manchmal das Wasser in der Dusche etwas gebraucht hat, um warm zu werden.

Di is very friendly, responsive and attentive. Will stay again in his place in the future. We enjoyed staying is his Villa and he even offered us more than what is necessary. Great Work! And thank you so much for your warm welcome to us.

Tatilimizin ilk gününe kadar iyi ki bu tercihi yapmışız dedik. Cemal bey son derece ilgili ve yardımsever bir ev sahibi. Evin konumu, temizliği, düzeni her şey kusursuzdu. Tesisin zaten olanakları oldukça fazla. Harika bir tatil geçirdik, tekrar Kıbrısa geldiğimizde kalacağımız yer ve ev sahibimiz belli…

Stelios was very helpful through the booking and check in process and very responsive with any questions. Close to the centre but far enough away to be quiet. Very easy walk into town

We stayed for few months. The owner and her daughter are really nice and always ready to help with any issue. It is cheaper acommodation so you can’t expect luxury there, apartment is spacious though. All the issues we had were promtly resolved. It is few minutes from the promenade/beach and it has everything for day to day life nearby. I can definitely recommend.

Highly recommended, Jan responded promptly to any of our requests. Apparment spotless clean, beautifully decorated, family oriented and pet friendly. The location is convenient, a very quiet neighbourhood with court facilities and a pool. We highly recommend the place.

We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment was a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Troodos mountains... The apartment is very comfortable with a right-at-home feel, we loved the vintage decorations & the terrace plants & flowers :) Kitchen is very well equipped, enough pots & pans for a family feast! Location is great, quiet & peaceful but lose to local restaurants & supermarket in the town. Nature trails & historical monasteries are within driving distance so it was easy to plan activities. Host communications were friendly & helpful - it was very easy to find the apartment & check in. We would happily return when we next visit Cyprus!

A wonderful place to stay with friends or family! The villa exceeded our expectations — spacious, clean, and set on a large, well-kept property. We really enjoyed the location: fresh air, peaceful surroundings, and still easy to find and reach by car. It’s perfect for families with kids — lots of space to play and a safe, comfortable environment. Just a small note: the pool was empty during our stay, so it's worth checking in advance when it's filled for the summer season. Overall, we had a great time and would love to come back!

Andros ist der beste Vermieter, den man sich vorstellen kann! Seit der Buchung immer in Kontakt, fürsorglich, hilfsbereit, freundlich- ein ganz besonderer Mensch! Schön, dass ich dich kennenlernen durfte! Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Andros hat mir einTaxi vom Flughafen organisiert und mich persönlich und mit Willkommensgeschenken empfangen. Danke! Ich habe 14 Tage alleine hier verbracht und habe mich die ganze Zeit absolut sicher gefühlt. Man kann hier ohne Bedenken als Frau auch Abends alleine unterwegs sein. Der Blick von der großen Terasse auf Strand, Palmen und das Meer ist zu jeder Zeit ein Traum! Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral-die Altstadt, Geschäfte, Restaurants, die Bushaltestelle, mit der man in die entfernteren Städte kommt und der Strand sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Sie ist gemütlich und sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freue mich jetzt schon darauf!

We had a fantastic stay at Lenos’s place! The villa has a truly authentic feel that made the experience special and relaxing. The pool is absolutely amazing, and the bathtub was a great bonus for winding down. Lenos himself was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is perfect: close enough to the center of Ayia Napa to enjoy everything easily, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a mix of charm, comfort, and convenience.

De woning van Stelios is fantastisch! De woning is groot en straalt er nieuw uit. De living is mooi versierd en geeft toegang tot een mooi terras met barbecue en zwembad met veel zon. Er is een zonnetent als het net iets te veel zon wordt. De bedden zijn comfortabel en nieuw. De tweede kamer heeft 3 volwassenen bedden. Op het balcon van de kamer heb je zo een mooi zicht: zee zwembad palmbomen. Prachtig bij zonsopgang!!!! Er is een parkeerplaats in de schaduw net voor het huis. Er zijn winkels genoeg in de nabijheid. Stelios geeft je goede tips om te gaan eten, maar je kan ook gewoon thuis eten want de keuken is groot genoeg. Stelios geeft je ook veel tips wat te bezoeken. Wij zijn in april geweest en dat is echt een aanrader omdat het niet te druk en te warm is . Maar je kan toch in de zee zwemmen! Eén aanrader! De communicatie met Stelios verloopt gewoon goed en snel.

Die Villa von Andreas war genau das, was wir uns erhofft haben. Die Lage ist superschön und nahe von vielen Aktivitäten sowie dem Zentrum von Protaras. Andreas hat für unsere Ankunft alles Tip Top vorbereitet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt! Gerne wieder lieber Andreas! :)

The house is exactly as described and mentioned on the pictures. A good equipped kitchen, perfect for families with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It’s useful to have a rental car as there are no restaurants and supermarkets nearby . But this was no surprise to us as we had a rental car. The communication with Griselda was perfect and she was very helpful and kind. The only negative aspect to mention is that the pool is not heated and therefore in October unfortunately too cold.

The place looked exactly like the pictures. The pool was clean and the views from the balconies were nice. The host was extremely kind, thoughtful, and provided great recommendations.

Such a beautiful home, the villa had everything we could have needed. Absolutely stunning, even nicer than the photos in person. Waking up here every morning was brilliant. Peaceful setting the villa is very looked after, has a lot of character and thoughtful decor. Could recommend it more. Its situated walking distance to the beach, to the supermarket and a restaurant. We enjoyed at day at the waterpark which was brilliant. I would recommend a hire car when staying here just to allow you to visit some of the beaches and restaurants further along the coast.

We loved our time at Cape Greco Bay View Villa! Marie-Line made the check in process smooth by meeting us there and showing us around, even though it was late in the evening! The villa’s location was perfect for us, peacefully tucked away just outside of town, surrounded by beautiful scenery. Well equipped kitchen, BBQ with stunning views of the sea, and a pizza oven which was great fun one night! We were travelling with two small children, and Marie-Line truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She had thought of everything — from cots and high chairs to a great selection of toys and even a potty, which made all the difference. This was our first time visiting Cyprus, and we were made to feel so welcome and at home at Cape Greco, and we're already looking forward to returning!

Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) have just spent a week here and we’re all very sad to leave. El’s place has everything you need for a weeks stay. The house was large enough for us all & the gardens & pool are stunning. We used the outside cooking area (bbq), which was lovely in the evening. We downloaded the Wolt app, which was a lifesaver for last minute grocery delivery or even a takeaway on the nights we didn’t feel like cooking. I would recommend hiring a vehicle. However, within 15-20 minutes you can walk to a couple restaurants, a shop and also the most beautiful beach. We spent 2 days at Konnos Beach, which is absolutely stunning. I would recommend getting there before 10:30. We ate at Kafkaros Tavern (walking distance) a couple of times, which was lovely & friendly. The pool is cold, especially in April, but it didn’t stop the kids swimming most days. All in all, El’s place is super for a family holiday. We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you ☺️
