The former farmhouse is located a few meters away from the office of the tourism information office. Restaurants and wineries are within a radius. Pelzerstrasse is part of the historic monument zone Edigers with old half-timbered houses . The Moselle is about 150 m away . The apartment is 65 square meters and sleeps up to 4 people. No hi-tech furnishings , but everything you need to stay in town. Covered parking for motorbike. German , portugues and English.

This apartment has a sunny balcony with vineyard view. It is located in a vivid village, Ediger-Eller. There are many restaurants, wine tarrace and shops nearby. We were searching our holiday house with Mosel view. This was a river front and outdated hotel, we were crazy enough to buy it during covid time and renovated to 5 apartments, 1 studio and 1 hotel room. It is a perfect place to stay for a couple, family with big kids and group trips.

The Pelzerhaus offers 100 square meters of living space for 5 people. Two separate, spacious double bedrooms and one single bedroom ensure your sleeping comfort. The house has 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. The living room and the separate kitchen with full amenities are inviting for relaxation. A shared terrace with a grill, as well as TV in 3 rooms are available for further comfort.

The apartment is positioned in the first row and offers a unique view of the Moselle. It's centrally located and surrounded by wineries, restaurants, and cafes. A bus station is very nearby to reach the surrounding villages as well. Regarding leisure activities, the location offers direct access to canoe rental, bike rental and hiking and biking trails. Vineyard - Top floor apartment at the Wine Quarter

The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.

Mesenich is a picturesque, quiet and yet lively place on the Moselle. Listed houses, roses and wine on the facades characterize the picture. My place is 1 minute from the Moselle, and it is just as far to the vineyards. The pretty Moselle towns of Senheim, Ediger-Eller, Beilstein, Cochem are 'around the corner'.
