Située à 300 mètres de la mer, elle permet d'accéder à la plage d'Omaha Beach en deux minutes à pied. La situation permet également de visiter l’ensemble des sites du débarquement et de profiter de la plage et de la mer.

The village of Canchy is a charming quiet village with a very pretty church and the remains of a castle. The house is ideally located for visiting the beaches of WWII landing. The nearest beach (Omaha Beach) is 10 minutes drive from the house (approx. 9 km) from the house.
