This was the perfect spot near Eau Claire for a large group! We loved the hot tub, game room, and docks. Unfortunately the weather was a little too rainy and cold to do any boating or kayaking. The kitchen had pizza cutters, cutting boards, a blender, and any sort of glass or plate you could need. The property was spotless inside and out!

I can’t say enough good about this place. We have stayed here twice now and it’s just the most beautiful spot, pristine and clean, the kitchen is fully stocked with every pan and utensil you would need to cook anything you want. The beds were comfy and the house was nice and cool. It also has the most beautiful views and walking path down to the creek. Coty was wonderful to work with and was very responsive if we needed anything. Truly a perfect place to get away and relax.

Staying at The Oxbow House was an absolute dream. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I had stepped into a Pinterest board. Every detail was intentional, cozy, and aesthetically STUNNING. The space feels like a true sanctuary.Peaceful, grounding, and thoughtfully designed for both rest and inspiration. I loved how walkable it was to downtown… just a short stroll to cute shops, yoga studios, great restaurants, and even some quirky little dive bars. It made exploring the area so fun and easy. As someone who loves to cook, I was so impressed (and honestly grateful) that the kitchen was stocked with spices, oils, coffee and all the essentials. So convenient and thoughtful, like they truly anticipated every need. I didn’t want to leave!

Bobs Landing steps from the Chippewa River!

Really enjoyed the porch right on the river! Beds very comfortable too. Welcome basket was perfect with snacks we needed upon arrival. Would recommend !

Beachside Cabin - Eau Claire River Adventure!

It was perfect. From the sandy beach, and great house layout to the well-stocked kitchen. We met as a family with children ages 6 months to 60, and there was something for everyone. You can watch or play in the river's beauty, but you can also reach downtown specialty stores, a wide variety of restaurants, big box stores, wonderful trails, and parks all within minutes. Thankful for Jaci's quick response - she was wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this lodging!

We wish to thank our hosts Lisa and Sandy,the housekeepers Charlotte and Jamie for a most magnificent stay. We chose The Otter Creek Inn for large accommodations privacy. beautiful grounds , convenient location. perfect hosts and we were not disappointed. Above and beyond. Pristine house. Plenty of coffee. great locations. We also recommend The Altoona Family restaurant only .5 miles away. Also 5 star. We were a party of 10 .All were very happy here.. We'd return in a heartbeat. Lovely, friendly hosts.
