Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Eastern District

Host is super nice, responsive, flexible and accommodating. I would recommend this place if it’s for 2-3 adults on a budget and mostly using the place as a resting spot. I did stay here as 3 adults + 1 baby and it’s a bit too small. The location is about a 5 minute walk to the metro and 5-10mins walk to Mong Kok (no need to take metro). If you want a more spacious place, pretty surrounding area and updated furnishing then this would not work for you.

The apartment is very confortable and spacious for being in hong kong tsim sha tsui. Francis is a very professional and kind host. The apartment is very clean and the position is really strategic, near tha MTR metro and in the heart of tsim sha tsui. In the flat there are a lot of services and facilities at your disposal. Furthermor, Francis gave us a lot of useful indications of the area and checked if everything was okey during our stay.

L’appartamento di Minjib si trova in un quartiere molto tranquillo e sicuro (non comodissimo per i mezzi e per raggiungere l’alloggio, non è possibile arrivare davanti all’ingresso in taxi, e con due grossi bagagli dover fare tutte quelle scale non è facile). Alloggio molto pulito e di dimensioni vivibili, considerata la media di Hong Kong. Internet veloce e bella Smart tv. Molto comoda la doccia e la presenza della lavatrice (anche in inglese). Letto molto comodo con biancheria di qualità. Note negative: il divano è assolutamente da sostituire, le doghe sono tutte rotte e durante i giorni trascorsi è stato necessario reinserirle più volte per evitare di sprofondare quasi a terra; è presente solo il micronde e non il forno regolare; la fornitura della cucina andrebbe implementata, nessuna tovaglietta, poche posate e pochi piatti. Host reattivo e cortese. Nel complesso esperienza assolutamente positiva nella bellissima Hong Kong

Die Unterkunft von Michael war sicherlich eines der besten Airbnb, in denen ich bisher war. Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich schön eingerichtet, sie ist sehr geräumig und die Lage in Sheung Wang ist einfach perfekt. Ich habe selten eine so gute Einweisung in die Wohnung bekommen wie von Michael und die Kommunikation war immer super nett. Vielen Dank und ich hoffe bald einmal wieder zu kommen.

it was what we needed in hongkong! great 'home' to come back to everyday. hazel's place was clean and spacious, also loved that we could open the window and was breezy on the days we stayed indoors. hazel had provided us a baby high chair on request which was extremely accommodating and we are absolutely spoilt by that. the neighbourhood was in a wet-market style, absolutely frightening tbh to see live chickens slaughtering. but food was within walking distance, a little hilly tho manageable. the security at the lobby were friendly too! only downside was that the water in the bathroom was a little slow flow, and hazel did offer to come fix it, we were okay with it as we spaced out our showers. however the water heater was quite a nightmare, it was super hot one moment and super cold the next. we never figured it out. overall, the place was clean. the neighbourhood was bustling. the host was responsive and attentive. the amenities were abundant. we loved the home we had in hongkong!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this wonderful flat in Sheung Wan. Would definitely come back. The host was brilliant and very easy to interact with. The location was amazingly central and so easy to get to anywhere we wanted. Loads of local restaurants including a brilliant Thai place just outside the door. Any downsides? A little bit noisy, but that’s to be expected given its location. But if you need absolute silence maybe this isn’t the right neighbourhood for you.

Séjour parfait : instructions claires, aménagement et équipement très confortables et complets, appartement très propre, très agréable. Très bien placé près des escalators, supermarché à proximité. Je recommanderai sans hésiter et j’ai hâte d’y retourner moi-même. Merci Tom!

The place is further away from the main town so it’s peaceful and closer to nature. Our 5 year old boy enjoyed the walk between the house & town. House is clean and tidy. There are all appliances and essential we need for our stay that makes our trip easier. Love the house love the neighbourhood love the experience, will definitely stay again at the Frank’s.

Most of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, although one concierge working the evening shift seemed a bit moody. However, the apartment itself was clean, and the towels were changed daily, which I greatly appreciated. The staff were always ready to assist and responded promptly whenever I had questions. The location of the apartment is very convenient, situated close to bus stops and only about a 20-minute walk from the train station. It's even closer to the metro stations, approximately 10 to 12-minute walk. Additionally, taxis were available during the day, making it easy to hail one for transportation. Overall, the convenience of the location really stood out to me as a highlight of my stay.

Terry's place is just amazing: extremely clean, well equipped with a spectacular view and very charming terrace/garden. The location is perfect, a stone's throw from all points of interest of Lantau island, and public transportation is easily accessible. Terry was very responsive and helpful at all times. Communication was smooth and pleasant. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Adrian’s apartment is beautifully renovated. Huge space with 3 rooms and a study room. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils and also condiments. Adrian is very responsive and friendly. The location is great. From the back gate, there are minibus and bus stop connecting to Sai kung, Po Lam and rest of the city. Very convenient.

The place is a bit difficult to find especially when it is dark(a long gravel path and somewhere no street lamps), the village is very rural. The equipment is enough with the large garden with roof and a high pressure hose because I brought a bicycle there; you must need to burn mosquito coils doing something outside. Faye was not there during my stay so I could use the whole floor myself. When the check-in, her mother introduced me to the house and her brother helped me sometimes. And her replies were very fast and helpful!

Polly’s beautiful home is a wonderful respite from our city homes. The house is adequately furnished with all the amenities you need, the beds are comfortable and the sounds of nature wakes you up in the morning. The kitchen is well furnished (stove,oven n microwave) should you be cooking your meals there. Communication with Polly is also fast and efficient. We would love to come back and stay again if the house is available.

Randy’s place was quiet, peaceful, and spacious, particularly by Hong Kong standards. It’s an especially great base if you’re visiting or studying at CUHK and/or hoping to explore or hike in this part of the New Territories. It was exactly what I was looking for, and I look forward to staying here again the next time I’m in HK!

Our third stay here was just as fab as the previous two. Mark was super helpful, friendly and responsive as always. The place was immaculate and comfy and had everything we needed. We ran out of charcoal for the bbq but he kindly grabbed another bag for us. This time we didn’t take advantage of the trampoline and table tennis table but we did love having them there as an option. The surroundings are so peaceful and the villagers really friendly and welcoming. Our dog loved having the outdoor area to roam around as always. One of our favourite spots in HK.

Raphael's place is a quiet and newly renovated area. I really enjoy staying there. Compared to standard Hong Kong apartments, his place is more spacious and fresh. Raphael himself is easygoing and responsible, so we were very happy staying there.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Easy access off Hollywood Rd - down a couple small flights of stairs on Shing Hing st. Studio apartment is on the first floor - so not too many stairs when you have cases to lug up. Apartment was as described with the addition of a coffee table which opens up to a table. Had everything we needed. The host provided videos to help explain various things - including how to find the entrance and open the door. Despite our plane delay and our very late arrival he checked in with us to make sure we got in ok. You are in old Hong Kong - so be prepared for lots of stairs and hill walking - but so much to take in and enjoy. No shortage of food and drink venues in walking distance.

This was our second stay in Juila's apartment. We love the layout, provision and location and view from the windows. We found the air conditioning quiet and efficient. We would like to stay here again when we return to Hong Kong.

Very communicative host, clean and in my opinion large place (for Hong Kong). The transit options nearby are fantastic. Washer/dryer in unit is also really convenient, bed was comfortable, and the wifi is fast. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful stay, great location and great building. Only 2 steps to the elevator and, at one end, you don't even need to climb the 2 steps. Concierge is professional and friendly. Convenient to transportation and great restaurants in the area. Benjamin is a great host, responsive quickly and attentive to our needs, flexible and friendly. I would love to revisit but price is a little out of my budget unfortunately.
