Apartment holiday rentals in Eastern District

Polly and Franky are super friendly with great thoughtful touch to make my stay very pleasant. This is my second time at their hime. Will definitely stay with them again.

I really appreciate the host Oscar for sharing his stories, and also his extra room and space. It’s tiny but you can feel the warmth and human touch. You feel the vibe when you walk in. Quiet at night and I was able to practice mindfulness and meditation here. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wanted a cozy and budget stay. P.S. it’s surprising to find out even if we come from different cultural backgrounds and used to live on the other side of the earth, we still share quite the same values and principles towards life. Thanks for all the tips & advices.

Omg Belan is soo friendly. I was waiting for reply from other host and got nervous because I was already in the plane without answer and then I found Belan. He was so helpful and said that I can arrive in the same day. He asked me to help with luggage and meet me in his place. Was super super friendly and helpful. I felt like I’ve arrived to my old friend. He knows a lot of things about HK and explained so many things. Also he really takes care of guest and it was super nice:) you have private bath and beautiful view from bedroom. Amazing place to stay, bus and metro station is near and lots of good restaurants. Thank you so much for such a pleasant stay:) and I’m happy now that another host didn’t answer me, because now I have amazing friend and want to show him my country:)

The internet speed is good. The neighbors were polite. The price is high, but this is Hong Kong.

The Apartment location is in a strategic Area, not far from public transportation and Restaurant/Mini Market. The Process of Check in/Check Out so Easy and Flexible. The room was clean and complete with equipment, Paul even added a bed so my child could sleep comfortably. Overall Paul is a great host and the apartment is amazing, I hope will come back again someday.. Thankyou and Happy New Year

We stayed for 4days3nights and it was a great experience to live in the Tin Hai District. The room is cozy and tidy and the location is very convenient to travel around the Hong Kong Island.

We spent 7 days at Lisel’s place. It’s spotlessly clean and feel very like home. Toys to keep my kids entertained and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree waiting for us to come “home” every night. Great size of area to do laundry. And great communication with Lisel. Will definitely want to come back again.

Die Wohnung von Jacques ist genau wie auf den gezeigten Bildern. Sie befindet sich ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg, von einer Metro Station entfernt. Falls ihr ein Gefühl dafür bekommen wollt, wie es ist in Hongkong zu wohnen, dann es das genau die richtige Wohnung und eine passende Alternative, zum Hotel. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, die Unterkunft zu buchen und würde selbst dort nochmal übernachten, wenn ich wieder in Hongkong bin.

We loved staying here! Katie is a very responsive host, and the apartment is in such a convenient neighborhood. The terrace / dining room is so spacious (especially for HK)!

Die Unterkunft hatte eine perfekte Lage. Alles war einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hat mir bei allem geholfen und mir alle Sorgen genommen. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft aufjedenfall!

This is a beautiful and safe building with good concierge and pool, gym access. The public transport is easy to access and gets you everywhere quickly. The apartment is neat and has a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend Alex’s place.

十分推荐的住所，是我会再次选择和推荐给他人的地方。 这个地方离香港大学不远，适合想去香港大学参观的人，地铁站需要走一段，但也不远，不过附近公交站和电车站很多，出行也很方便。 房东会为你准备一个入住指南PPT，有一种被认真对待的感觉，PPT里会为你讲述家里设备使用方法，周边美食推荐以及一些入住要求，简单明了，直接上手。 我觉得最吸引我的就是有种家的感觉吧，从大小到布局和家具选择，像是我在香港这里要打拼一阵子会选择的短期住宿，虽然我只是五一来玩几天的，而且实际入住和图片基本符合一致。 房东也很有礼貌，很好说话，不过由于来的时候属于是香港的工作日，回复不是很及时，和我其他住的地方也有类似到情况，但是已经算回复很快的房东了，如果有急事建议早点与房东沟通。 配备的洗衣机，空调，马桶及淋浴设备都蛮好用的，甚至还有块小显示屏可以使用。唯一不太好的地方就是那个饮水机吧，来的第一晚就发现出故障了，热水冷水都取不了，不过房东有提供另外的热水壶可以使用，虽然我还是更喜欢直接喝冷水。

Very nice day place is near everywhere, place is clean and pristine owner is very responsive. The place is near a restaurants and malls and also the MTR station.

Harvey is an excellent host. We felt well looked after, picked us up at the bus stop, showed us around the apartment, and was very accomodating with our three kids (aged 7, 4, 2). The place had two comfy double beds and a single bed, we managed to open our portable cot in the master room, Hong Kong style. There was enough space for the kids to move around, for us to do laundry and watch some Disney. The apartment complex is easy to reach, with a safe short walk (all indoor/ shopping mall) to the MTR station. It also has two play spaces, and a library for free. The gym, pool, and basketball court isn’t free but very convenient and well equipped. I can recommend Harvey and his place to anyone visiting Hong Kong with a family. Space is a premium in Hong Kong, and this apartment is further out, but still easy to get to, and feels very safe for families.

perfecte locatie met een heel mooi zwembad op de 43e verdieping. Bedden zijn voor Europeanen aan de kleine kant. Candice is supergoed bereikbaar en had zelfs op verzoek vanwege verjaardig het appartement prachtig aangekleed

We ( family of 3) stayed at this apartment in Apr and had a very good time. The apartment was near, clean and was very tastefully decorated. The place is located close to the central and has frequent buses going towards it and therefore the commuting part was not much of an issue with the bus stop located a hundred odd metres away and nearest MTR (Wan Chai) being 7-8 mins walk roughly. Vagisha and Lyn were very helpful right from providing tips earlier on before coming to the place and then during our stay the guidance helped us to navigate faster and easily. it was a very homely feeling after being out the day visiting places and coming back to the apartment. Thanks to Vagisha for making our stay comfortable and also Lyn for all the local guidance. Would love to come back and spend more time at leisure.

Sooj was very proactive. Allowed an early check-in after a long flight.
