Note: Almedalen week is only rented for a full week! Studio room with kitchenette, single beds ( different levels see pictures). Access to laundry room right outside the front door. Party beds are discarded as this is a quiet family home.

Kitchen table, two single beds & armchair. There is a TV. Bed linen/towels included. Two bikes are included. You can get to Visby by car or bus (5 min), bike (10-15 min) or walking (30-40 min).

The kitchen consists of kitchen island, dishwasher and dining table with space for six people. There is a bedroom with a 180 bed and good storage. Bathroom with washer and dryer. If desired, there are 2 beds in the living room. Patio facing the park and access to grill. There is also access to private parking just outside as well.

Welcome to our guesthouse! Here you can live modern, clean and comfortable on the outskirts of Visby. The area is peaceful and quiet and is called Terra Nova. The guest house is about 35 square meters and situated within walking distance to a large shopping area as well as a beautiful forest. Everything in Visby is within 8 minutes by car and 15- 20 minutes by bicycle. Walking to the wall takes about 30-35 minutes. There is a private patio by the pool.

It is located in the basement and it is very appreciated by the guests because it is good climate in the summer when it is hot outside and calm quiet space.

Bäddset med underlakan, påslakan, örngott, duschhandduk samt handduk kan hyras för 200 kr. Glöm inte att ta med eget underlakan om du har sovsäck. Städning kostar 500 kr annars behöver du städa noga själv. Detta är mitt hem och jag gillar att ha det rent. Välkomna! PS. Jag behöver godkännande av styrelsen innan bokning, det kan ta några dagar.
