Very good listing, convenient transportation and very clean

This place is fabulous. The indoor and outdoor spaces are incredible. It is centrally located in Memphis. Check-in was easy, and the host provided a great welcome surprise. (I won't spoil it, but they are the best in Memphis.) I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town.

Host very communicative and responsive. There was minimal yet expected sounds from the occupants next door ( doors closing, voices on patio). Very walkable neighborhood to lots of nearby restaurants.

We really enjoyed staying at Luis home. It was very quiet, cozy and clean. It also had everything we needed. We were able to take some nice walks in the mornings and it was convenient for us. As we needed to be close to the Dixon garden area too. We will definitely love to stay again.

Laura was AMAZING! From the day I made the reservations, to the day we left. Everything was clean and beautiful. it was our first trip to Memphis. We came to visit Graceland, Beale Street ( highly highly HIGHLY recommend the gumbo at Blues City Cafe on Beale! ) and to see the Peabody Ducks. But Laura went above and beyond and sent us information on other activities to do and visit while we were there of we had time aside from what we had planned. It certainly is NOT our last trip to Memphis and we will continue to book with Laura as long as her beautiful cottage is available!

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb! Everything was nice, clean, and exactly as described. The space was well-kept, and the beds were super comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It perfectly accommodated all of my guests, and we had plenty of room to relax. The host was excellent with communication, very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated their hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay!

As written in the guestbook by our 9 year old daughter: We had a great time at your house. The outdoor and indoor parts of the house were super fun to play in! The WiFi was great! The game room was amazing! We loved that there was TVs in every room and the fact we did not have to split a room if we did not want to. The couches were very comfy and nice to watch TV! 10/10 house! Veronica’s loft in Memphis was beautiful and thoughtfully designed—exactly as pictured! The location was perfect with easy parking and plenty of great restaurants and attractions just minutes away. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

This place has plenty of room, everything you need for a short or long stay. I initially booked for 5 weeks and stayed 11 weeks. Great location, close to everything, but a quiet, private location. Very comfortable couch and bed. Plenty of street parking or private covered parking in the back. 100% would book again!

Our stay at Graze House was truly exceptional! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect and right near the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to explore. Morgan and the entire Pettigrew Adventures team was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome wine and the stocked kitchen. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Graze house to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Memphis. Emily and Drew are such a great host, The apartment is beautiful, Nice in and out and i recommend anyone visiting memphis to check it out. One great thing about this place is that it is close to everything downtown. I will stay here again anytime

I appreciated Annie‘s space a lot. I felt home in the space pretty quickly, and I was glad about the washer and dryer. The neighbor hood around Overton Square is lively and can be reached in walking distance. I’d book it again. Annie is great, very reponsive and helpful.

The atmosphere of this place was just fabulous. If you’re in Memphis you should definitely check this place out. The gate system was explained well when asked and it made us feel more comfortable.

This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .

The Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and of high quality. Off-street parking in a gated lot was perfect because of the convenient location. We walked to most of the places we wanted to visit. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone I know who visits Memphis.

We had such a great stay at this Memphis home! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well thought out. The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home—plenty of clean towels, bed linen etc. it was super easy to get to downtown, Beale Street, and other Memphis attractions. I really appreciated how communicative and helpful the host was throughout my stay—they made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Whether you're visiting for music, food, or just some Southern hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. I'd absolutely book again next time I'm in town!
