Stayed for three nights, the landlord is very friendly, the apartment is in a good location, just a few minutes to pass Jaya Street, you can see the sea view, 25th floor, the pool is very photogenic, the house is very new, a very satisfying stay, if I have the opportunity to come to Kota Kinabalu, I will choose to stay here

We had a pleasant stay at Sematan Roxy in this cozy, clean, and well-kept house. The moment we opened the door, we were greeted with a beautiful sunrise view right from the room. The balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of hot coffee while taking in the peaceful sea view. Everything looked just like the photos on Airbnb—if not even better! Our host, Mr. Ang, was very responsive and friendly, which made our trip in Sematan smooth and enjoyable. Thank you again for keeping the place so clean and comfortable. We truly appreciated it and would definitely love to come back again!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The location is fantastic - close to everything we needed while staying in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very accommodating and made our stay comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience in the area!

It was a Cousy and spacious place for a group of 8-9 paxs. With huge bathrooms,hall and dinning. We had a wonderful stay

Host responded really well & fast as our previous stay got cancelled by another host, but this host responded really quickly and helped us check in smoothly despite it being late at night. Felt cozy with 10 other of my friends in the place and everything was as described, will definitely come back to this stay again:)

We had an amazing time staying at this homestay—it was truly one of the best experiences we've had as a family! The unit was clean, comfortable, and came with great facilities, also very impressive in terms of home safety. It came equipped with a modern digital lock system and secure access, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. especially the swimming pool which the kids absolutely loved. The swimming pool was a great bonus and perfect for family bonding time. One of the best parts also was the karaoke set – we had so much fun singing and spending time together as a family! The location is also fantastic—just a short walk to Vivacity Mall, making it super convenient to find food, restaurants, and do a little shopping. Everything we needed was close by, which made the whole trip stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!

We have 14ppls, went for family trip stay 4D3N at sunny homestay. Spacious and comfortable place, clean environment. The owner is friendly and very helpful...will come back to this homestay if I have chance go to Kuching again.

My family had a really pleasant stay at oliver’s place and he was nice enough to let us check in early. The place was as described and big enough to park up to 5 cars. Will surely stay at this place again if we come in big group :)

Highly recommended to everyone who travel to Kuching. We had a great stay at De Garden Homestay. The house is big and very clean. The host Ms. May was also very friendly and give the clear explanation how to get the house key.

This is my second time staying at Eric’s place. Impeccable and definitely worth the price. Eric is a great host—he was able to accommodate my request without any hassle. The deposit was refunded quickly on the same day I checked out. There’s super easy access to eateries downstairs, along with a supermarket, Guardian, and even a pharmacy right on the ground floor. I would highly recommend this place, especially for families. No second guessing for me again, should I travel to Sibu in the future.

The condo is like home away from home during our 2 weeks stay. Management was very responsive and attended our requests immediately. The place is very quiet, clean and very peaceful. We will definitely come back again when we next visit Kuching again.
