O locuință superbă cu o priveliște minunată. Gazda a făcut recomandări în privința restaurantelor , magazinelor și activităților de pe insula. Parcare suficientă pentru 3-4 mașini , casa fiind amplasata într-o zona liniștită , lipsită de gălăgie in orice moment al zilei.

Ιδανική τοποθεσία, στην παλιά πόλη, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε πολλά αξιοθέατα της Ξάνθης. Ιδιοκτήτες φιλικοί, ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετηκοί. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό, άνετο, όμορφο και λειτουργικό. Γενικά έχει ό,τι χρειάζεται για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία! Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και όταν ξαναέρθουμε στην Ξάνθη θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή!

Très bon logement et hôte t’es accueillante. Elle nous a répondu rapidement lorsque nous avions des questions et était très flexible en fonction de nos « contraintes ». Nous recommandons fortement !

Her şey çok iyi idi. Sessiz huzurlu bir mahalle, merkeze yürüme mesafesinde, kalabalık aileler için yeterli oda mevcuttur.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen mit einem wirklich schönen Garten. Man hat alles was man braucht in Laufdistanz. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit komfortablen Möbeln und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Die Eltern von Maria sind absolut wunderbar, wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt und wurden mit Wein, Obst und Snacks als Gastgeschenke begrüßt! Maria war immer erreichbar und hat innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub hier und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke für Alles! 🥰

Πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα κοντά στην καρδιά της νυχτερινής ζωής της πόλης.

Das Appartement war einfach umwerfend. Privater kleiner Strand, moderne Möbel, sehr ruhige Lage, trotzdem gut gelegen an den besten ständen auf Thasos. Freundliches Personal. Alles war vorhanden. Vom Geschirr zum Shampoo bis hin zu den Liegen am Strand. Sehr empfehlenswert. Nächster Urlaub bereits reserviert! Danke für die tolle Unterkunft.

Престоят ни в дома на Алекс и неговата майка мина много добре. Те са прекрасни хора, мили и добри. Всичко което пишеше в офертата е точно така. Стаите бяха чисти и подредени, всичко имаше. Гледката беше прекрасна. Пак ще се върнем при тях. Благодарим за прекрасното обслужване.

Ev çok temiz ve konforlu, sahile yakın. bahçesi güzel, plaja yürüyerek ulaşılabilir. marketler araba ile ulaşılabilecek mesafede , çok yakınlarda 2-3 güzel restoran var. ev sahibi ilgili, hızlı dönüş yapıyor. genel olarak memnun kaldım.

konutta güvenle kaldık, tertemizdi. Giriş günü için yeterli su ve temel ihtiyaç malzemeleri vardı. Gezilecek yerlere mesafesi uygun, yokuş yukarı yürümek dışında herşey mükemmel, bir de ev sahibinin eşinin ikram ettiği revani harikaydı :) .

Helen'in evinde eşim ve 5 yaşındaki kızım ile 5 gece konakladık. Gerçekten kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Ev çok temizdi, eşyalar yeni sayılırdı. Herşey olması gerektiği gibiydi. Gün batımında eşimle oturup birşeyler içebildiğimiz bize özel çok güzel deniz manzaralı bir bahçemiz vardı. Kızım bahçede Helen'in köpeği Loulou ile oynarken çok mutlu oldu. Ailecek çok güzel vakit geçirdiğimiz bir konaklama oldu. Ev sahibimiz Helen'i sadece eve ilk giriş yaptığımız gün gördük, üst katta oturmasına rağmen bir daha da hiç karşılaşmadık. Helen insanlara kendi evlerindeymiş gibi hisetmeleri için elinden geleni yapıyor. Herkese bu deneyimi gönülden tavsiye ederim.

The location was excellent, the apartment was spotless, and it had everything we needed. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Marina is a wonderful, kind, and attentive host. The apartment was amazing; we stayed there for 6 days with four people (two adults and two children), and everything was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. And what a stunning view from the terrace! We were very pleased and highly recommend it! The apartment is very close to the sea. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

The place is very beautiful and peaceful, center is near with a car. The host was very kind and responsive. If you are with a little kid its dangerous because the pool has no fencing.

It was like not Sonia’s but like our own home☺️. She helped us to check in earlier, the home was so clean and tied. Very close to all place that you would prefer to see, visit, eat and shop. I would definitely choose her place to stay for my next trip. No need to check any other place and risk it. Thanks a lot Sonia 🥰.

Πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης με τα πόδια. Ανακαινισμενο ζεστό διαμέρισμα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Βρήκα αυτό ακριβώς που ζητούσα σε κόστος και σε ποιότητα. Το μόνο που χρειάζεται νομίζω είναι καινούργια στρώματα στα κρεβάτια.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Harika manzaralı ve çok elverişli bir evdi her şey elimizin altındaydı çok güzel bir tatil geçirdim ev sahibi çok anlayışlı birisiysi her konuda destek oldu.

I had a great stay at this place. The host was very helpful with the check-in process and responded quickly to all my questions. The apartment looked exactly like the photos—nothing was missing. It’s in a great location, within walking distance to everything. Parking on the street was easy and felt safe. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Alexandroupoli and highly recommend it to everyone!

Прекрасный апартамент, чистый, для приготовления еды имеется все необходимое плита, посуда, так же есть кофемашина и много капсул кофе. Чистое белье, кондиционер есть в каждой комнате-что очень важно.Парковка бесплатная около дома-всегда было место. И конечно, собака, которую полюбили все отдыхающие. Спасибо, мы обязательно вернемся!
