Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Eagle Bay

The place is incredible, such a beautifully kept home in a quiet peaceful spot. Best part was that it accommodates for kids, with a trampoline, chickens, kids books and a box of duplo. It’s the small things that really made our stay special. Cris was also an exceptional host and was friendly and very responsive.

The house is beautiful, very clean and well appointed. About 10 minutes of driving into town where you will find lots of shops and restaurants. Christy was very responsive and helpful, and was always there to make sure that we have a wonderful stay. Thank you and we would definitely recommend this house to anyone who travels to the region.

Great home for a large family group, with comfortable bedrooms and lots of living space. Very beautiful bush and trees and easy access to all the wonders of Yallingup and Dunsborough.

What a wonderful home away from home! This was our first trip away as a family with our little 20 month old toddler. The house was beautiful, comfy bed and plenty of space for our little one to run around inside and out! Added bonus when we found some toys and books for her to play with and read too. The property itself is beautiful, so peaceful and calming and getting to see the Kangaroo's was the cherry on top! We weren't far from the town centre so it was the perfect location. I really didn't want to come home! Andrea was a pleasure to communicate with and I can't thank her enough for having us stay at Roo's Leap Retreat. We would definitely stay here again!! 😊

Our family of 8 had a very comfortable stay in the house. It was new, clean and very spacious. Right by a small lake, the surroundings were peaceful and serene. Sharlene was very helpful with all her tips and recommendations making the whole process organised and simple. Highly recommended!

Wow - what a beautiful hidden retreat. We had a glorious stay and enjoyed the luxury of the outdoor tub and the Sheraton robes. A stunning location for a couples retreat - would highly recommend. If I am fortunate enough to return to Western Australia, this is where i will book! Unit was clean, nicely appointed and well equipped. Hosts comminicated proactively and made every effort to ensure that our stay was satisfactory. 'Oasis' clearly defines the setting for this unit. No hesitation in recommending this unit!

Great location, very private, and picturesque. We had a peaceful stay here with our pooch. The bed and couch were very comfortable and clean. Just a minor thing to note, there was no microwave (as not listed on their amenities). It was slightly warm in the lounge so we thought the heater was on when the sun was setting but being cold weather, on the positive side, temperature inside the house even at night was not cold. Would stay here again.

Our hosts, Simone and Alan were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their hospitality really elevated the whole experience. One of the highlights was watching the kookaburras at dusk — such a special touch of nature that made the evenings truly memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tranquility, natural beauty, and thoughtful hosts. We’ll definitely be back!

The home was amazing. Was in the perfect location, walkable from town and the foreshore. It has been keep clean and tidy for new guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! A quiet peaceful street located a short walk from Margaret River town centre. Comfy beds and a great fireplace! Definitely recommend this place!

The amenities were amazing! Love the fireplace. Overall, highly recommended for anyone who wants proximity to the waterfront but don’t want to be too far from the conveniences like groceries and coffee.

Place was great. House was spacious although bathroom is pretty small. Booked for the hot tub so was disappointed to find that the air pump was broken so only heated, no massage air jets. Otherwise great stay. Very close to dunsborough town centre so easy walk in.

A nice clean and tidy house, very walkable to Dunsborough town centre (8 mins). Very peaceful and quiet in the evening too. House was very spacious and clean. Beds comfy and all important Wifi up and running for the kids!

Lovely place with cathedral ceilings giving you a sense a space, nicely decorated, beautiful manicured gardens, comfortable beds, bbq and outdoors furniture super clean (this is not a common thing), walking distance to the beach and town. We loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Extremely comfortable and clean and a great location only a ten minute walk from the beach where we had a great breakfast at the cafe. We would definitely return if we went back to Margaret River.

Such a cute little abode in the heart of Gnarabup. This arty, colourful studio was exactly what we needed to escape from reality and to reconnect together. With plenty of adventures, wineries, activities and factories around this area was also were extremely busy enjoying ourselves with indulgences. Comfortable bed, dishwasher and bath were some highlights. Will definitely be back. Nothing to complain about at all, we missed having a microwave but used the stovetop and oven instead which was better for our health anyway :)

The house in front of the pond is magic. Beyond the inside luxury minimalist feel with amazing comfort and all amenities, the outside environment is just incredible. There is much to do around for 3+ days. We were blessed to have wild kangaroos visiting in the garden as well as resident duck from the pond. It is far from where we leave but definitely a place we would love to return.

We stayed for 2 nights, perfect accommodation to share with friends/family, lovely house and very clean! Tony and others were very accommodating. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in dunsborough!

Lovely farm stay with expansive views of nature and cows. We had lotsa fun with the space and when the stars appears in the sky at night free of light pollution, it was magical. Thank you Alexander for keeping the property in such a pristine condition. If the side cottage to the main building has attached bathroom, that would have been perfect.
