Holiday rentals with lake access in Duy Xuyên District

Rosy's place was our favourite accommodation during our Vietnam trip! Such a beautiful view! Rosy also helped us with the taxi to Da Nang and gave us a lot of tips what to do in Hoi An. We wished we could stay there longer!

This is the most magical place to stay in Hoi An! I initially came to stay in their dorm room and enjoyed Calm House so much I moved to this private room to extend my stay. I’M SO GLAD I DID! I have been traveling a lot and this has been the most relaxing and peaceful place for me to recharge. The room is STUNNING!! Even better than the pictures. The balcony opens up to the most beautiful river view, and there are all kinds of plants and flowers on the patio. It’s the perfect place to have a quiet, slow morning. It’s been hot lately, but the room has a very cold AC. The showers are hot, but it’s not even necessary this time of year. WiFi is very strong and I can get all my work done with zero issues. Aside from the room itself, the hosts are some of the kindest, most accommodating, and genuine people I’ve met. I stayed at a lot of ABNBs over the last decade and I’ve never felt more welcomed and at home. Oh, and you get a bike included too! Which is perfect for exploring ¨̮

Amazing stay, ive been traveling through Vietnam and this was my best stay here, great host, amazing view from the apartment, defiantly a gem worth way more then you pay

Our stay at Yen was truly wonderful. Magical, even. Tucked beside a calm river, the place radiates tranquility, offering not just a peaceful setting but also the warmth and care of Yen and Quang, who made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. We chose to have our lunches at Yen as well, and I can confidently say these were among the best vegan meals I've ever had, deeply nourishing, lovingly prepared, and shared in a setting that felt like home. There’s a beautiful spirit in this place, and discovering that they host a Karma Kitchen once a month only deepened our admiration. This won't be our only visit. We’re already dreaming of returning and sharing this gem with our friends. We're sending my immense gratitude and all my best wishes to the wonderful people of Yen.

Wir möchten uns herzlich bedanken für die tolle Zeit die wir in der Unterkunft verbracht haben. Es war alles super sauber und alles vorhanden. Sogar vietnamesischer Kaffee, der sehr lecker war, hat uns jeden Morgen sehr gefreut. Das Zimmer ist in einer sehr noblen Hotelanlage, in der wir alles mit nutzen konnten. Der Strand ist ebenfalls sehr traumhaft, privat und mit immer freien Liegemöglichkeiten. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Werden definitiv bei unserem nächsten Vietnam Aufenthalt erneut darauf zurückgreifen.

I loved my stay at this property. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, including a washing machine, which was very convenient. Thu was incredibly helpful and responded quickly when I accidentally left without my room key. The resort itself has excellent swimming pools and plenty of spots to relax in the sun right by the beach. A wonderful experience overall!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist gross, modern und sauber. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist sehr schön und die Anlage gepflegt. Die Restaurants können wir ebenfalls empfehlen, wir haben immer sehr gut gegessen. Unsere Kinder hatten auch Freude am Spielzimmer. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten!

Great place to stay with everything required even hand soap. The bathrooms were new and clean. But it is all about that view Wow. from the dinning table, or the bed or even the bathtub the view is spectacular.

Virkelig flot og godt overnatningssted. Værten var super sød og hjælpsom - hjalp bl.a. med at booke transfer og leje af scooter.

Beautiful 5 star resort apartment with a stunning infinity pool right on An Bang Beach. The room was clean with a direct ocean view absolutely amazing. I had some concerns about rove beetles from other review, but Long was very clear and helpful. The resort had already taken care of the issue, and everything was perfect during my stay.

المضيف كان محترف جدًا ومتجاوب في كل الأوقات. عملية تسجيل الدخول والخروج كانت سلسة بدون أي تعقيد. النظافة ممتازة، والمكان مطابق للوصف تمامًا. واضح إن المضيف مهتم بالتفاصيل ويحرص على راحة الضيوف. أنصح بالحجز عنده بدون تردد، وبالتأكيد راح أكرر التجربة إذا رجعت لنفس المدينة .

Absolutely amazing place ! The owners are just like your own parents. they took care of me all the time, told me everything and showed me everything and helped me all the time. I came for a few days and decided to extend my stay. It is a very beautiful house, overlooking the river on both sides. It is quiet, peaceful and very clean . it is only 10 minutes bike ride to the old town . I enjoyed my stay there and didn't want to leave . I recommend to anyone who likes peace and quiet , away from the noise . With all warmth and love to these hosts . ( they do not speak English but all questions are very quickly solved through a translator) . ☀️☀️☀️

Perfect place to stay !! I 100% recommend to book this room for your trip in Hoi An. It is situated in a beautiful neighborhood in front of the river. You can rent bikes or motorbikes to go to Hoi An old town. The owners are so kind and they offer perfect services as laundry and breakfast for a good price. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed one month here and absolutely in love with the island, our room and the couple who takes care about the Homestay. The view and surroundings are wonderful. We spent time drinking tea in the rooftop, cooking in the kitchen or just under AC in our room. It’s just 10 minutes by motorbike to old town or night market. And coming back to this view is 100% worthy. Wifi is fast and stable. There are fridge and the kettle in the room. Kitchen is shared with the couple, we had no problems to cook and feel as home. This room is big, with big shower, hot water. It’s has 2 balconies. One of them facing the big river and the road, so It’s a bit noisy, not heavy, but you might hear the moto traffic. If it’s matter, just take another room with 1 balcony and very beautiful view to the small river & rice fields. The couple who takes care of the hotel uses English translator to communicate, so it’s easy. They are awesome people! The place is cozy and peaceful. Love it with all my heart!

The Gio Chieu Homestay has a beautiful view of a river. Every morning during my stay I opened the balcony to watch the fishermen. It was calm and exudes serenity. The bedroom and comfort room was so spacious. They have massage chair and cold water available. I even had stayed in the pool area to lounge and check my emails. The WiFi is strong. It was a 10 minute ride to the Old Town. The only thing that was innevitable is the noise coming from the steel bridge connecting the road of the homestay to the road across the river. I strongly recommend this as I do not prefer crowded areas. Yes, you need to pay for Grab car or motorcycle to go around Hoi An. But this place gives you an immersion to how the Vietnamese people does their everyday life. The neighbor delivers flower every morning, people ride boats to transport their catch for the day. I would not forget also to mention the owners are so hospitable that even if they are not fluent in English they make sure you are well attended.

Huy's apartment is a wonderful and great value place to stay if you are looking for somewhere peaceful but still with easy access to Hoi An. The apartment was lovely with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and excellent WiFi making it very suitable for working online. There is a pool and great food on offer from the wonderful, caring couple who run the place and it feels very homely. I would definitely recommend staying here :)
