Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Duy Xuyên District

Great location for our family of three. Hosts were available to communicate with. Easy biking around the neighborhood. Found a gym nearby and tons of restaurants. Pool was a nice bonus. Shared with other units can be crowded but also opportunity to meet new people. Loud music went until midnight a couple of nights and we didn’t get the unit we booked. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms but the other two were totally fine. Overall we had a good stay.

Great communication, easy check in, was very responsive and accommodating.

We had a great stay at Life Of! We celebrated my birthday and Tet here and the location couldn’t be better for a long weekend on the beach - we even extended our stay by another night. Such good value for money!

Chuong is such an amazing host! So friendly and helpful with local recommendations. She offers a delicious complimentary breakfast by the river in the morning. Chuong helped me arrange a private fishing charter with a local captain, then arranged to have our catch cleaned and cooked for our dinner at the restaurant nextdoor! The location is away from An Bang by just a 5min Grab ride, but quiet and quaint. It is rght next to the river and beach which is nice. Great value for the nightly rate!

We had a great stay at Thuong’s place. It was quiet, clean and peaceful. Thuong could not have been more helpful and professional, going out of her way to assist. The neighbourhood has plenty to offer: beach, local cafes, mini marts and early morning markets and is a nice contrast to the intensity of the old town. The old town is just 10 minutes by Grab, if you are booking a car, it’s easier to do it from the next street up, the main street with shops etc because drivers can have difficulty getting down the narrow riverfront road. It’s not impossible and some did amazingly but it’s easier to walk one minute and book from there. Thank you Thuong for all your help, suggestions and availability. It was really lovely to meet you!!

Tuan was an awesome host, super responsive and more than happy to help with anything we required. The home was also outstanding, super clean and exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend Tuans place.

WoooW Our friends’trip couldnt have been better in Hoi An. In a calm place far from the noise and traffic of Hoi An. Catherine is a perfect host and show us all the cool places to visit and chill. The house is wonderfull and the decoration is amazing ! We totally fall in love for it. I highly recommend this place !

However, the host handled the situation with great professionalism and kindness, quickly offering us a beautiful and comfortable villa. Cozy place for a family trip. Pool is perfect and beach is beautiful. But a little remote from markets or stores. Hoang is the best host ever!!! Quick respond to all my questions. Gonna choose her again next time I come to Da Nang.

The apartment is very spacious and located in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. It also offers access to a pool, which was a nice bonus. The host was extremely welcoming and hospitable. It's a bit further away from the center, so there are fewer dining options nearby.

This place is 5 stars on its own merits... but when you factor in the value, it should be 10. It's conveniently located equal distance from both Old Town and An Bang beach. There are bicycles to use but I opted to rent a motorbike. Even though the kitchen is shared I never a problem using it. Having a drier available is not common even in more expensive rentals. I was here ~4 months and would definitely stat here again.

Amazing hosts! They helped us with everything, from booking car rides to Ba Na tickets, even getting us food when it rained. The place is very nice and so close to the beach

Great villa. The villa is just like what is presented in the images - clean, spacious, great comfort. Uyen and the villa staff person are always available and quick to respond on phone. Value for money.

Xuan et sa femme ont été très accueillants et chaleureux. ils ont été de bon conseils pour la visite de la ville, des commerces, des bars et des restaurants. ils nous ont préparés de délicieux petits déjeuners. Un endroit calme et paisible dans les jardins aromatiques ,une charmante maison, très bien décorée . lits très confortables dans des chambres climatisées. nous recommandons vivement cette adresse !

From check in to check out everything was extremely smooth. Minh met us at the time of check-in and he was most helpful and gave all the information. The property is really beautiful and is just 50 meters from the beach. Kitchen was well equipped and the property has a beautiful plunge pool too. There are couple of nice restaurants within 100 meters .. Unfortunately had fallen and injured my leg so couldn't clean the kitchen utensils before checkout yet Minh was very cooperative and understood our situation Strongly recommended....

올드타운과 조금떨어져 있지만 주변 마사지샵.식당.시장 도보로 이용하면서 여유롭게 즐기다왔어요. 안방비치나 올드타운은 그랩을 이용해서 다녀왔구요~~ 호텔만 이용하다가 가족인원이 많아서 빌라를 예약했는데 분위기도 너무좋고 마당에서 여유롭게 식사도하고 숙소 덕분에 너무 편안한 여행이었어요. 공항에서 100달러만 환전하고 올드타운에서 환전할려고 했는데 사장님이 해주셔서 발품도 아끼고 ,친절하시고, 고마운점이 한두가지가 아니네요. 특히 밤에보는 숙소는 너무 예뻣답니다~~ 예약하기전 미리 말씀하시면 차량픽업써비스도 다른 투어도 가능한걸 몰라서 ~~~여러군데 예약한다고 바빳네요. 참고로 어제(5/24~5/26)다녀온 따끈따끈한 후기였습니다.

Rented the whole villa with a group of friends. Overall was a great experience, the hosts were responsive and any issues were taken care of promptly. The staff went above and beyond to help us find vendors, restaurants and recommended shops and services we could make use of in the surrounding area. Very walkable to the old town, about 5-10 minutes to the entrance area, with a ton of nice food and coffee spots around. Would highly recommend this villa for groups staying in the area
