Beach house holiday rentals in Dungeness

Just had another wonderful stay at Sea Sprite! Susan is an exceptional host who really wants her guests to have the best possible stay. The cottage is super clean and very well equipped with many basics provided. Susan has chosen very tasteful furnishings which make the cottage a really pleasant place to stay. The bed is really comfortable and plenty of towels are provided. The location is perfect - in the quiet historic part of town within a short walk of the many good restaurants, cafes and pubs in Deal. We will be back as soon as we can!

Can’t give a more positive review for Angela’s town house. It’s in the perfect location, a 2minute walk from the beach, we found parking quite easy and there’s loads to do in Margate. The house itself is wonderful, very clean, has ample supplies in terms of kitchen cookware, loads of board games, beds are comfy and everything you could think to need is available. Angela herself is a wonderful host, she provided us with a local guide for the restaurants, left us a lovely gift on arrival and was on hand to help with anything we needed. This stay was worth every penny!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, it felt incredibly welcoming, with a peaceful vibe that flowed throughout the house and its lovely decor. The garden was a standout feature which was beautifully designed, filled with the scent of blooming flowers, and offering a relaxing view in every direction. It was the perfect place to unwind. The house was also fantastic for my daughter and our dog, with plenty of space both inside and out for them to enjoy and feel at home. The bathroom was great too - it was spotless and stylish, with thoughtful touches like a soothing pillow spray and wonderfully fresh-smelling towels that made it feel like a boutique stay. Overall, this home was the perfect retreat for our little family. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed and already planning a return visit. Highly recommend.

Spent a lovely and peaceful family weekend at Simone’s place. Upon arriving the Airbnb was very clean and tidy, looked just like the photos with some added personal touches in the kitchen (thank you). A lovely view over the beach which was so much calmer and peaceful in comparison to others beaches further along. 10 minute walk to the high street with some very nice independent shops. Simone was flexible on checkout which was great for us as we had nice weather the weekend we visited. 🙂 Would highly recommend, and I would definitely return!

Lovely spacious cottage matching description and photos. Town centre so easily walkable to the beach, high street and Deal’s many restaurants and bars. Janey’s cottage has everything you’d need if you want to cook, and the back garden is a lovely private sheltered space to spend time outdoors. Communication from Janey was friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in via the lockbox.

Charming house ideal for our group. Coolly decorated. All corners are used. Spacious bedrooms. We were 5 adults and 3 kids. A terrace upstairs and a terrace on the ground floor. Umbrella and sun loungers provided. Super location near the sea and ice cream parlor chez Nicole! We would love to come back.

Booked this for my Husbands 70th. 5 couples so, having a bedroom with en-suite for everyone was a real find. The location was superb, everything in walking distance. Sally provided recommendations for a dinner on the Saturday evening. We went to the Royal Hotel (across the road). It was a perfect w/e and the weather helped. We had sea views and right on the front. Cinema room in the basement was fab and we couldn’t fault a thing. Thanks Sally

What a fantastic stay we had! This place is more than just a caravan. It felt like home from home. Such a spacious, comfortable and all round perfect place to stay. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. The host was responsive and even came to the caravan to help us with some things when we arrived. Very close to whitstable, Hearn bay and not far from Broadstairs we visited them all. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay here, Nick was an excellent host, greeted us on arrival and very helpful with local info. Nick responded almost immediately to messages and had the pool ready for us to use as and when we requested. The kids had so much fun in the pool, the floats and toys left out to use were an added bonus! House was spotless and perfectly equipped. Would definitely Recommend and would happily return. We stayed over the bank holiday weekend as a family of 3 and throughly enjoyed staying at Herons Nest! Jill’s communication prior to our booking was brilliant and extremely helpful. The caravan had everything we needed for our stay, including some complimentary snacks & drinks! We enjoyed playing with the selection of games and our son did lots of colouring in. Romney Park offers many activities for children and the evening entertainment was brilliant. We would highly recommend Heron’s Nest and hope to stay in the future. Thanks again to Jill & Geoff! We had a lovely stay at Jack and Claire's. One of the best places I've stayed at for a while! The accommodation was well maintained (newly redecorated) and we couldn't have been happier with the cleanliness. The site was a great holiday park with a good vibe, tidy and also clearly well looked after. The location of the site, as well as the chalet within the site, was perfect. Jack and Claire were very helpful, and we would absolutely love to visit again.

Ursula went to great lengths to ensure we had everything we needed .. lots of supplies in kitchen and bathroom.. she literally thought of everything. Very comfortable in every way .. modern kitchen to cater for every need … lovely bedrooms with black out blinds, lovely linen and comfy beds … best Air b&b I have stayed in

This is without doubt the most stunning place I have ever stayed in through Airbnb. The cottage has recently been renovated to an extremely high standard and every detail is perfect and has been carefully thought through. It is comfortable and luxurious but still homely and stocked with everything you need for a home from home stay! It is also in a fantastic location - only a 2 minute walk to the seafront and the town centre. I could not recommend it more highly. Belinda was also extremely helpful and welcoming and very responsive to messages. 11/10! We will definitely be back! thank you Belinda and Thierry.

We had a wonderful stay at Lorna's house. The views were fantastic, and the home was well-equipped, making it perfect for our family getaway. The welcome basket was a thoughtful touch! Lorna was a very helpful and responsive host, and the location between Herne Bay and Whitstable was ideal. We'd happily return and highly recommend this lovely seaside retreat.

We had a lovely stay.. the house is exactly as pictured with no nasty surprises. Amazing sea view from the master bedroom, with double doors leading onto the balcony. Stef was a great host, very responsive and friendly. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great place. Cinema room was a huge bonus. Movies and PlayStation. Lots of space for everyone. It’s around zone F. You can walk over the sand dune at the end of the road to get to the beach. We had a dog. The dog beaches are about a 0.7 mile walk in either direction. Went to both sections. Great nice wide sandy beach.

Excellent communication from Michael from start to finish. Great location and all facilities you could need plus more! Really comfortable and pleasant home with fantastic view at the back, sheep, cows, birds and bats all adding to the atmosphere. Very quiet and peaceful. 10 minutes from Rye (fabulous) and 20 to Dungeness (unique and interesting). 10 minutes walk to the huge Camber Sands beach. Had such a great time. Thanks so much Michael!
