The house is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the bustle of the restaurants, theatre, and shops of the internationally acclaimed Dundrum Town Centre. For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away. York Cottage, entire home near the sea

York Cottage is attached to our family home but has it’s own private entrance. Located five minutes from the sea with fantastic local amenities. Easy access to the centre of Dublin by bus (there is bus stop at the gate) or by train (train station is a ten minute walk). The cottage has a large bedroom upstairs and a sitting room, separate kitchen and bathroom downstairs. We will be available to meet you on arrival with the keys and point you towards all the great local facilities.
