Holiday rentals with beach access in Dún Laoghaire, Dublin

Everything about the place was fantastic,ideal location to everything in Bray and the Dart if you want to go further afield ,Karl was a fantastic host answered all questions that we had ,we could not fault the place.

Thought Denise’s place was lovely and was in a very nice area too which was right by the water. A great spot for a weekend get away that’s close to Dublin City centre. Denise was very friendly and was very responsive to any questions we had.

Derina immediately connected with us months before we arrived. It was like having a friend in Ireland! Our goal for this trip was to do excursions around Dublin (we'd already seen Dublin itself on a previous trip). Access to DART made day trips possible (it's 12-15 minutes to-from the station). Dalkey is a wonderful community that made us feel like residents. Great pubs, restaurants, and their own castle. Derina's house is quiet, safe, and is also within walking distance of an upscale grocery/deli (Barnhill Stores). We really loved our stay!

The apartment is right across from the beach, and beachfront was what we were looking for. The apartment was very clean and uncluttered. Within walking distance were grocery stores, pubs and shops. The beach walking trail winds down around the harbour for a very nice walk. Along the way is two nice areas to go swimming in the Irish Sea. The only struggle we had was the Google Maps took us to the street before, which wasn’t connected. A delivery driver in the area saved the day. Paul answered whenever needed and would have helped us if we messaged. We loved the apartment and the location , we would return.

Lovely place for a holiday, Annick very welcoming. House spotless and extremely comfortable. Excellent position for lots of sea walks, hikes and visiting towns nearby. Highly recommend this house. Jamie was an excellent host, responsive and gave us clear instructions. We had great time exploring Dublin from here. His place was comfortable for us.

Jenny is a wonderful host, her flat was full of thoughtful details designed to make us feel welcome and at home, from enough food (and even Guinness!) in the fridge on arrival for us to act as our evening meal, to fruit on the table, yoghurts, milk, bread and bagels and even carafes of water and a glass by each bedside. The flat is tastefully furnished, comfortable and just 8 minutes walk from a gorgeous beach - and Jenny even arranged perfect weather. It is in a very quite location - if we had wanted we could probably have walked into Rush but it's quite a busy road and we drove. I think we were a little disappointed in the location when we arrived as it felt very suburban but we rapildy realised it was both convenient and peaceful, a great base for touring th3e local area and beyond. Thoroughly recommend it!

My stay in this apartment was exceptional. The accommodation was exactly as described and provided all the amenities promised. The hosts were very responsive and provided clear and helpful information. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe suburb with exceptional sea views. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

The house was easy to find. It was spotlessly clean. It was warm and cozy, had a real feel of home away from home. The bed linen was perfect. It had everything you could need. I would recommend this accommodation to anybody and would be delighted to stay here again. Ciaran was lovely to deal with, and very responsive.

We loved the location of this house. It was an easy Uber ride to downtown Dublin, but I loved the fact it was only 10 minutes from the ocean and 15 minutes from the airport. Jenny was responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place.

Logement spacieux avec très belle vue sur le lac. Le Jacuzzi et le spa sont très agréables. Le logement est bien équipé avec des serviettes, du linges de lit à disposition. Belles randonnées possibles à proximité.

This is a tidy and comfortable beach cottage. We especially appreciated the parking since we had a rental car. It’s an easy walk to town for pubs, sightseeing and a grocery store. It’s a nice little place that’s right on the sea. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a beautiful home that was stocked well. Our host left some wonderful baked goods and other provisions. We would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Amazing place to stay. A group of friends were in Dublin for the weekend so we rented the air BnB. Host was very friendly, communicated everything well and was on hand if we needed anything. 10/10

An extremely comfortable, clean and well appointed apartment next to the harbour and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Parking onsite is right next to the building. Great communication from the hosts. Recommended for a stay in Greystones!

The Argyle resort is fantastic, best beach side resort I’ve stayed at for my money. So peaceful, private and yet a quick walk from the beach and the best whiskey bar (harbor bar) and fish and chips (the strand) in Ireland! Jason is amazing and always out to help make the guests feel at home. The view from the property is breathtaking and other guests are respectful and welcoming to solo travelers. Thank you for the stay, I’ll be back shortly! (Hopefully with my boat anchored at rush or skerries if I’m lucky)

Excellent, spacious apartment with beautiful garden view from living dining area. Well equipped and nicely stocked with the basics (bread, milk, juice etc.) on our arrival. Host met us in person which was a nice touch. Location is fantastic, proximity to Dart stations made it easy to get into town, off street parking secured behind auto gates also very convenient. All in all a great place for a family stay with a quality apartment making it equally nice to just stay in when the weather isn't so nice. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a top quality base for your stay.

Estuve un mes, trabajando y paseando. Noeleen ha sido fantástica y le estoy muy agradecida por la paciencia para interpretar mi casi nulo inglés. El wifi, excelente para el trabajo, con muchas horas conectada, zoom mediante. El lugar muy cómodo y completo, cerca de todo lo necesario, sobre todo la estación de tren y la parada de bus. Beautiful home with fantastic views and easy access to walkable spaces. The lively (people and dogs walking and playing along the Strand) yet peaceful area is a welcome respite from the more population dense areas of Dublin. With a little advance planning you can easily walk to the DART, the beautiful restaurants and shops surrounding the green space nearby, or just stroll down the Strand and soak in the vibrant waterfront vibes. The host is friendly and offers so much helpful information prior to your arrival so you really can’t go wrong staying here. Bring earplugs for the road noise at night in the primary bedroom, but don’t let that deter you from this waterfront location.

My second stay here was as good as the first. The apartment has beautiful views, in a great location and close to all the beach activities and restaurants. The apartment was clean, very well organized and had all the amenities you would need.

The cottage is in a superb location with beautiful views along the coastal path as you walk down to Greystones harbour 15 minutes away, alternatively you can take the path along the cliff top that leads the other way to Bray. Simon and his lovely wife, greeted us warmly and the cottage was spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped, it was a great place to stay in and just as described - charming! Nestled between the Irish Sea and the Wicklow mountains (look out for the Great Sugar Loaf), we found Greystones an ideal base with lots of nice places to eat and drink, Chakra, Happy Pear and The Beach House amongst our favourites, and there are many things to see and do in this wonderful part of Ireland, on foot or in the car, there are also good transport links, including rail with trains on the half hour. We absolutely loved our stay in Simon's cottage and had a fantastic holiday at Greystones!

We picked the perfect place to stay, ideally located to the local transport ( DART & Bus) surrounded by restaurants and pubs with the Starbucks literally 1 minute away for my morning coffee fix. The home itself was quaint and charming while Emma Jane was an EXCEPTIONAL host answering all our questions within a few minutes. We will definitely stay there again, Thank Emma Jane for being awesome!!
