The house features three comfortable bedrooms: two with king-size beds (180 × 200 cm) and one with a bunk bed, making it ideal for children. Fresh bed linen is provided for all guests. The bathroom, located on the first floor, includes both a shower and a bathtub, while the toilet is separate for added convenience. Please note that the house is not wheelchair accessible. Towels and beach towels are provided. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and freezer compartment. You’ll also find cookware, crockery, cutlery, kitchen towels, and dishwashing detergent. Right next to the house is the Marissa Holiday Resort, where you’ll find a wide range of amenities just a short walk away. These include playgrounds, a low ropes course, a skate park, a convenience store, a swimming pool, an indoor climbing hall, a pub, several restaurants, bicycle rental, and a bakery—everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The rustic half-timbered house is located in the middle of the forest. In 2020, the cottage was completely renovated: modern, high quality and flooded with light. Relaxation is provided by the new barrel sauna and the hot tub in the garden (for a surcharge). Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. Our new vacation home, completed in 2024, offers the perfect break from everyday life. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, guests enjoy absolute privacy and a relaxed atmosphere without unwanted visitors.
