The location of the unit itself is great as there are lots of restaurants/stalls, and even a mall near the area. We were also able to take a walk along the seawall/beachline (if that's your thing). Even if there are a lot of activities that can be done around, it still is quiet and peaceful inside the unit. They had complete amenities inside the unit, as listed. Marcus and Ems are very responsive to our queries and resquests. They gave clear instructions from the check-in up to the checkout process. Will definitely book again the next time I'll be in Dumaguete.

We had a wonderful stay at Mae Frances's place! The home was exactly as described as clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Mae Frances was a fantastic host. Very responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Thank you for a great experience!

Aileen's a great host and her staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. Fantastic host! We were warmly welcomed with a handwritten note and some chocolates to celebrate our honeymoon — such a thoughtful touch. Marina Stay - Entire Condo

Perfect place for a few days in Dumaguette. Set in a new build complex with access to the swimming pool and gym available for yoiurselves and a few friends that may come to visit. There is onsite parking but it is chargeable. everything needed for a thouroughly enjoyable stay was provided. both Bedrooms have aircon which cools the whole apartment down if the doors are left open. there is a lift to the second floor. Any queries were very swiftly answered. I would reccomend this to anyone looking to visit Dumaguette for a few days or even longer.
