Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Dumaguete City

We had difficulty finding the place. I went to two different locations. Finally when I contacted Airbnb, the host came to pick me up. From there, things went well. The room is very clean. We had nice breakfast every morning. Our last day, the host dropped us at the airport, what was nice. I will recommend this place but the host needs to redefine the address so people can find it easily on google maps.

The apartment is both roomy and spotless. The host was highly responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

Connie and Sue were excellent hosts. the apt was clean as a pin. grounds were immaculate.

Phil and Maria are great hosts. Any requests were handled immediately and to our satisfaction. We enjoyed the 15 minute walk to town (daily) to the market and restaurants? The property and grounds are well kept with a lovely garden, where we enjoyed our morning coffee. We stayed in Apartment no 1...which was painted white and bright. They couldn't have done anymore to make our 3 month stay more enjoyable.

I really appreciate him I booked suddenly in late night and informed expected check in time will be 4~5am. it was for my gf travel. but she was late regarding ferry's delaying. though he just waited for long time kindly. thank you so much. unless your kindness, my gf might spent time in strange place without friends...

Great place to go, next to a bar with very friendly people, just pull up a chair. a few minutes to downtown. laundry just a few steps away. Good food and drinks at the bar with good pricing. Mark's great to deal with and helps out whenever he can. He's been here a while so knowledgable about the PH if you have any questions. 10/10 would rent again.

We definitely had a very good experience staying at their place. No hassle on the check in, host is responsive, and the house itself was clean and had enough amenities for all of us!

Irenieta was amazing with us, nice, warm, and always available to help us it was really great! The accommodation is clean and very pleasant to live in, The ocean a few steps away with corals to discover by snorkeling, I can only recommend this place! Thank you again 🙃

I absolutely loved our host—she was incredibly considerate and made you feel instantly at ease. The place had a beautiful garden and was filled with paintings that, to my surprise, were all created by her. I didn’t get the chance to tell her, but she’s truly a talented painter. It took me a while to realize it, but I eventually noticed her name signed on each piece. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere that feels like home, with people who make you feel like you belong.

Will definitely coming back when in Dumaguete again host is very warm and accommodating plus chucky the dog 😀

Great location. The place is exactly as advertised. The room is spacious. Staffs are all helpful too. Highly recommended for your Dumaguete visit. 👍

Excellent place. A little difficult to find the first day for someone not local. Great pool. Quite would defiantly stay again next time. Driveway was a bit steep for some cars but most will be fine.

Nice clean townhouse. Jo’s Seaside Chicken Inato is an 11 minute walk and a great place to eat breakfast lunch or dinner with great ambiance and affordable. We were able to find tricycles easily most of the time to Sibulan for 15 pesos. Mercury Drug bakeries barbers money changers and open air markets are all there. From Sibulan you can get a Jeepney to the central market of Dumaguete for another 15 pesos. Jeroel was an extremely kind and helpful host. With suggestions for cost effective tricycle tours and places to eat and buy necessities. A host can make or break an accommodation and Jeroel was great.
