Casa Arrieta -- Your Dumaguete Home (MAX 17 pax)

Casa Arrieta was built 70 years ago and still maintains most of its original exterior. It is considered one of Dumaguete's earlier-built homes. The interior has been renovated to include all the basics the modern traveler may need: AC in all bedrooms, WiFi all throughout, sufficient electrical outlets, functional kitchenette, dining and living spaces. It's location? Within the foodie district of Piapi, with several restaurants just a short walk away. You may hail a tricycle outside the gate.

Our smaller a-frame cabins are made using local materials and traditional construction methods. The gentle breeze that sweeps through our location means that you are comfortable with only a fan, even on the warmest evenings. Our close proximity to the ocean makes going for a dive or snorkel super easy. We have a fully vegan restaurant on site that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.

150 meters to the sea. 300 m to Port Royal water park. 500 m to the sandy beach Melrose Beach. 1600 m to Robinsons Mall. 2600 m to the city center. The pool is on the neighboring property (D&D Resort) and can be used for a small daily fee of around $2 per person. The accommodation is located in a typical Filipino settlement. The WiFi has a high speed of 16.8 Mbps download and 3.33 Mbps upload. The normal Check-In time is between 15 pm and 20 pm. If other time is needed please ask Keith.
