Markus is a great host and is highly recommended if you ever stay around Düsseldorf. The location is perfect for nature lovers and yet close to the City Center, airport and convention Center. Recommended without any hesitation.

We, seven adults and seven children had a wonderful weekend in Benjamin's house, the house of about 300 years old really has its charms, with associated sounds and everything. The host really deserves congratulations on hospitality and helpfulness. If you were with something and approached him, he always responded immediately and was also very helpful. There is also plenty to do in the area of the house. In about half an hour, you'll be in a zoo or amusement park such as Moviepark Germany. At the house itself there is also a beautiful large garden in which you can sit outside and there is also plenty of parking.

We felt very comfortable at Patricia's and had a very relaxing time in Bochum. The house is as described, very spacious and cozy. The communication with the host was impeccable and very friendly. We were completely satisfied, especially the many bathrooms and toilets made the stay with 6 girls much easier!

We visited the listing for 4 nights and found it to be very high quality and authentic. The previous communication with the owner was very easy and without problems. The response was very quick, courteous and friendly. The listing was extremely clean upon arrival and was in very good condition. It corresponded quite exactly to the description and the equipment was satisfactory. The location is, on the one hand, very quiet and private with beautiful surroundings and nature, but is relatively far from the main train station. The arrival itself is relatively straightforward, public transport is nearby and flexible check-in helps upon arrival. In general, I recommend this listing to those who appreciate quality and comfort and limit themselves to activities in the vicinity of the listing or are willing to allow a little more time for arrival and departure.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment weekend! The place was gorgeous, extremely clean, and had a luxurious feel. Our dog loved the plates and toys provided for him, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking. We also enjoyed spending our evenings in the lovely lounge area with comfortable garden furniture. The town around was calm and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Wonderful overnight stay - absolutely recommended! I had a fantastic time staying at this place! I was warmly welcomed upon arrival, and it was immediately clear how much love for detail is put into this place. The apartment was sparkling clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need - from comfortable beds to a small, well-stocked kitchen. I particularly liked the quiet location, which was nevertheless very central – perfect for exploring the surroundings. Also, the communication with the host was super friendly and uncomplicated, I felt completely comfortable and welcome. I would highly recommend staying here and would come back anytime! Josephine and her husband were incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful and we loved exploring the parks and local restaurants. It was the perfect stay.

We have stayed at the place for 2 weeks and we liked everything about it. The most important things for us were separate rooms, heating, stable Wi-Fi and self-arrival as we were gonna come over almost at night. The apartment was beyond our expectations, it had everything we needed for living, and it was also close to the train station which was another advantage. Demetri & Federico were helpful, friendly and answered all questions. Highly recommend.

I spent five days in the accommodation and was reluctant to leave because I felt extremely comfortable there. The high temperatures outside had little effect in the apartment and the terrace was particularly nice in this context, where you could sit wonderfully, even in the shade. I particularly liked the parking lot, right in front of the house, although the apartment is also easy to reach by bus. You can also walk to the city center in 10 minutes, and the S-Bahn or tram in 20 minutes.
