Very convenient and good location..few meters from riverside where we took a morning walk. 5 minutes walk along the river to town to have coffee. House is a bit dated but all the basic amenities is there and it's very clean. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a separate bathroom. we like that there is a second shower and toilet downstairs. We did use the bbq stove. Good value. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Such a lovely quiet retreat. Front balcony was lovely in the evening for a cold beverage and snacks. Kitchen was well stocked. The location was great for walking to everything - beach, shops, restaurants. As it was only the two of us we found it super comfy.

Would highly recommend, great base and very clean and tidy.

Isabella was a great host, providing us with much details for check in and our stay. The place was great even with two kids (elementary & preschool age). It was clean and near to great restaurants and places of interest. The bonus was there was an aldi’s just down the street for us to grab last min necessities.

Everything was great, but the picture on the listing didn't match the untit we were in. It was a bit misleading. Appart from that the operators were very good.

Place was exactly as described and actually even better than shown on the pictures! Such a stunning space and perfect location for beach walks and cafes.

Melinda’s townhouse at Preston Beach was very clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. The location is very relaxing for a quiet weekend away. Our toddler loved the facilities and feeding the kangaroos. Thanks for a nice stay:)

Clare made it very easy for us to stay We from busso and we needed something quick for work stint. Clare was very quick to respond to texts as well

Michelle and her team were fantastic and eager to assist in every way. The Villa was excellent and very modern and very fresh with every amenity and all the requirements one would ask for. Easy gated parking and a short walk to the beach and all local amenities such as restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were very pleasant and polite and always helpful. The standout was Michelle who made everything very enjoyable and this is a go to location for us from now on. The owners of the Villa should be very proud of the presentation and quality of their property...fantastic.

Great two bedroom apartment, as described, very clean. The complex although not new it is very well maintained, the pool, bbq area, tennis court and shared areas are all very neat and cleaned daily. Very close proximity to beach and central Mandurah area, only couple of minutes drive. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Jamie.

I lived in Mandurah 6 years ago, so I come back often and this is by far the best place I have stayed. The location is perfect, the accomdation is tranquil, serene and private. The hosts have ensured you have everything you could need for a short or long stay. The bed is so damn comfy! So I didnt get home sick for my own bed which is rare. You can watch dolphins play in the canal from the seats outside. Both of the host were the lovliest people and made me feel so accomodated and right at home just elevating the experience evn more. Will definitely continue to stay every time I return to WA.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the waters. The apartment was beautifully furnished and clean. It was easy to walk to the restaurants too.

We stayed at Grace’s apartment in Mandurah for three nights and absolutely loved it. The views from the balcony were stunning, watching dolphins play around the boats was such a special experience. The location is ideal, with great restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, it’s a peaceful, scenic spot that made our trip truly memorable.

We had a lovely stay at Richard's accommodation and was a perfect location for us to explore the surrounding areas of Mandurah and then spend the afternoon on the balcony listening to the birds and watching the swans. The accommodation is large and well provision, it was great having a washer/dryer in the property as well. Richard gave excellent instructions on how to enter the property and it was perfect having a parking spot right outside the property. Highly recommend

What a beautiful property! Location amazing and apartment was luxurious, spacious and exactly as it was in the photo’s. We were only there for 2 nights but within an hour it felt like we had been away forever. The added bonus was the dolphins arriving right on cue for an afternoon frolic.

Thank you Nick and Eli for accommodating us on our stay! 100% recommend this place to families it's possibly the best room at Mandurah family holiday resort we are locals to Mandurah and visiting on holidays with our family as we live up north & if you want a peaceful safe comfortable stay nick and Eli hands down have the best villa and price is fantastic for families.

We had a lovely stay at Lisa and Niccolo’s beautiful apartment over the Easter break. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It was great to be on the water where we could dock the boat at the jetty so close to the back door! The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and spa, and the shops nearby are very handy for groceries (IGA) and a coffee at the bakery. I highly recommend this accommodation at a very reasonable price for our party of eight! Thank you, Lisa and Niccolo, Emily

I booked this place right before new years and I picked the perfect place. To see the fireworks was just a 6 minute walk from the apartment. A short 10 minute walk over the public walking bridge was local restaurants right over the water, amazing views, great atmosphere. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Living space was good and comfortable. We had a complementary snack basket as we entered aswell. The bathroom was clean and good sized. The bed was comfortable and pillows were soft. This location was so quiet, the only time we heard anyone (our neighbour) was when they entered the hallway and we heard the door close. If I was to stay in halls head again I would book this place, so quiet and so convenient.

Paul was an awesome host who communicated well - responsive and courteous. Paul's place was neat and clean. It was adequate for our group of 4 people. Check-in and -out were a breeze. Both bedrooms are on the third level. May not be suitable to those who can't navigate stairs.
