Holiday rentals with a patio in Drama

Great host and excellent hospitality. The accommodation is very spacious and it actually looks smaller in the photos. Lovely place to relax, private space in the garden, beautifully decorated. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, close though to many beaches, shops and restaurants. Great kitchen to cook meals if you want to. Alexandros went the extra mile to please us and he was, polite, kind, friendly, helpful and with a smile, as well as generosity. We definitely recommend this place for a short or long stay. Thank you for everything.

All very well! The only minus was that there is only one bathroom for all three bedrooms.

Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr schöne Lage und sie Gastgeberin super nett und hilfsbereit. Für unsere Familie hat alles perfekt gepasst.

Sessiz ve temiz bakımlı bir ev. Geniş bir balkonda harika deniz ve şehir manzarası sizleri bekliyor. Gün içerisinde harika plajlarda denize girip, akşam Kavala’da birbirinden lezzetli yemekler yedikten sonra Kampouridis loannis’un evinde gecenin derinliklerine dalarak ruhunuzu dinlendirebilirsiniz. I am very satisfied with this apartment — it’s very comfortable, clean, has a large terrace with a beautiful view. It was my first time in Kavala and it was unforgettable. I will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this apartment and the host, who is very attentive.♥️🤗

Mein Aufenthalt war absolut fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war genauso schön wie auf den Fotos – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und dennoch nah an allen wichtigen Orten. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft des Hosts: Kommunikation war super freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Clean, cozy, luxury and beautiful! Right in the center of the calm village. Love everything about this place. We will come again. Just 15 minutes from Nea Peramos.♥️

The place looks even better in reality than it does in the pictures. The house and yard are very big and spacious, everything was super clean, well organized and well equipped. The communication was excellent, the host was super responsive and helpful all the time. We felt wonderful and would definitely come back 😊

Çok güzel ve keyifli bir konaklamaydı bizim için. Ev sakin ve güzel bir muhitte. Balkonundan hoş bir manzarası var. Temizliği ve tasarımı da çok iyi. Ev sahibimizin yönlendirmeleri ve yerel tavsiyeleri de çok yardımcı oldu. Özellikle tavsiyesiyle gittiğimiz Savvas restorana bayıldık. Evdeki ikramlar da çok hoş ve memnun ediciydi. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

The house was good enough for us. It is close to the beaches, 5 minutes away by car. Teo was too friendly and helpful. The decoration of the house was good also. In brief, we liked the house.

The owners are great, really hospitable and helpful. The house has great panoramic view over the sea and garden full with flowers and treas. It was clean, functional and equipped with all kitchen necessities. Large veranda, great for lunch or dinner outside. Peaceful place, walking distance from a great public beach with crystal clear water. There plenty of other small and large beaches and several good restaurants in close proximity, while Nea Paramos is just 6 km away.

Το κατάλυμα της Αγγελικής είναι μια διώροφη μεζονέτα όμορφη και λειτουργική, σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, με ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα . Η Αγγελική είναι ευγενική και φιλόξενη. Σε μελλοντική μας επίσκεψη στην όμορφη Καβάλα, θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά για την διαμονή μας.

The location looks exactly like in the pictures – very close to the beach, the promenade, and a supermarket. The furniture in the house is new and clean, and the host was very kind and welcoming. We visited Greece in April, when it was a bit chilly, and the heating system wasn’t set up to warm the house, but during the warmer season, the air conditioning will definitely cool the place very well. The accommodation is suitable for 4 adults and possibly 1 or 2 children.

Μεγάλο, ολοκαίνουργο, προσεγμένο, φουλ εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα- μεχρι και πλυντήριο πιάτων- ωραια τοποθεσία, αρκετά καθαρό. Το συστήνω! 2 οικογένειες με παιδιά.

Öncelikle kapalı otopark olması çok büyük bir avantaj. Dubleks ev tertemizdi. Beş kişi kaldık. Herkes kendi odasında ve kimseyi rahatsız etmeden konaklayabildi. Güvenlik açısından da hiçbir sorun olmadı. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Kavala da çok keyifli, küçük bir şehir. Teşekkürler

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und idealer Ausgangspunkt, um mit dem Auto die verschiedenen Strände der Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, und wir hatten keinerlei Beschwerden. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage, die uns nach aufregenden Tagen eine erholsame Nachtruhe ermöglichte.Ich war mit meinen zwei Töchtern (acht und dreizehn Jahre alt) unterwegs, und auch sie haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gab viel zu erleben und zu entdecken. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war ausgezeichnet – freundlich, unkompliziert und bei Bedarf wurde schnell geholfen.Insgesamt eine erstklassige Unterkunft, die ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann. Wonderful very helpful owner, very kind. The place is very clean. The beds were so comfortable. Very big kitchen. Plenty of free parking spots. Close to all restaurants. Very close to the beach. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Lovely place. Dora is amazing host, she responded very, very quickly and supported us when we have a problem. (not with the place). Very clear room and bathroom. You can park outside with no problem and free. The beach and the center (tavern, souvenirs etc) are in max 5 minutes away. Great and big supermarket in one minute.
