Evin konumu çok iyi , merkeze yürüme mesafesinde . Odalar ,banyo ve mutfak çok temizdi, mutfakta ihtiyacınız olan hersey mevcut. Salonda ve yatak odasında birer klima mevcut. wifi sorunsuzdu. bir daha gelsek gene burayı tercih ederiz. Sadece araba park yeri bulmak biraz zor ama biz evin ön tarafında bulduk. Ayrıca liman tatafinda ücretli otoparklar da mevcut.

Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν πάρα πολύ βοηθητικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και πάρα πολύ άνετος. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετική στο κέντρο

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα, και ο Θεολόγος πρόθυμος για κάθε επιθυμία μας! Σε επόμενο ταξίδι σίγουρα θα τον προτιμήσουμε πάλι!!! Ευχαριστούμε θερμά για όλα!!!

Ενα πεντακαθαρο και μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα. Τελεια η επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια. Μια άριστη εμπειρία. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Ev çok merkezi bir konumda idi ve bulması kolaydı. Çok temizdi tüm çarşaflar çok güzel deterjan kokuyordu. Dramaya gidecekseniz kesinlikle kalmanızı tavsiye ederim.

Ήταν όλα άψογα! ο οικοδεσπότης ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα σε όλες τις απορίες μας και το διαμέρισμα κάλυψε όλες τις ανάγκες μας!

Wonderful very helpful owner, very kind. The place is very clean. The beds were so comfortable. Very big kitchen. Plenty of free parking spots. Close to all restaurants. Very close to the beach. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Öncelikle kapalı otopark olması çok büyük bir avantaj. Dubleks ev tertemizdi. Beş kişi kaldık. Herkes kendi odasında ve kimseyi rahatsız etmeden konaklayabildi. Güvenlik açısından da hiçbir sorun olmadı. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Kavala da çok keyifli, küçük bir şehir. Teşekkürler

Yianni’s place was just what I needed after a very wet day’s cycling. It’s nice and modern and everything works. Place was spotlessly clean too. Coffee machine a nice touch. It’s an easy walk into town and takes about 10 mins and there’s a little supermarket 2-3 mins away. The way back from town takes a bit longer as Kavala is seriously hilly in places.

A wonderful apartment right in the center of Nea Peramos. Nice furniture, cute decoration, everything was in very good order. Absolute recommendation from my side!

Absolutely loved our stay in Kavala at this charming place! The view from the window was truly breathtaking and made the uphill climb completely worthwhile. Having a parking spot was a huge plus given the limited availability in the area. The space was cozy and clean and the bedroom was comfortable. We also appreciated the hot water with great pressure—it was perfect for unwinding. Overall, it was a delightful and relaxing quick getaway. Highly recommend!

Το σπιτι υπεροχο με την ωραιοτερη θεα στην Καβαλα!!! πληρως εξοπλισμενο με ασανσερ και παρκινγκ! οσο για την οικοσεσποινα, ευγενεστατη, εξυπηρετικοτατη και αμεσα ανταποκρινομενη!!! θα το επισκεπτομασταν ξανα σιγουρα και το συστηνουμε ανεπιφυλακτα!!

Stavroula ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin die alle möglich Wünsche erfüllt. Das Airbnb war sehr sauber und entsprach den Beschreibungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen.

we had a holiday in early june. upon arrival we contacted Gavriil and he came to us in 5 minutes. he showed us everything, explained everything. the flat has everything we needed and even a little more. The apartment is on the ground floor. there are 2 cosy balconies. the location is strategic - away from the road, but not far from the beach, there is a small shop nearby, to lidl 3-4 km. in the evening in the garden is quiet and peaceful. Now we know where we will stay if we are in Kavala again.

What can I say. the apartment was great. Truly an incredible view to wake up to. Friendly and responsive host. great for our family. Easy to find, easy street parking. Food in the area was great. greek vanilla pastry is the best.. we would rate the place very highly. The only thing is the carrying of luggage up the stairs, but it's worth it. thank you for the great stay.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful. Markeliana’s mom was extremely friendly and thoughtful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Since we were staying near Christmas, the apartment was beautifully decorated with a Christmas theme, which added a special touch to our experience. Additionally, there were lovely fresh flowers in the apartment, which made the ambiance even more delightful. The cleanliness was outstanding everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. The bed was very comfortable with a high-quality mattress, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location and the view were stunning, making our stay even more enjoyable. It truly felt like home, not just a rental place! A huge thank you to the host, and we sincerely hope to stay here again in the future.

Η επικοινωνία με την Αναστασία ήταν πολύ καλή. ο χώρος καθαρός και προσεγμένος. πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης με τα πόδια !

Beautiful big balcony with amazing views. 👏 Panos the host was extremely responsive and helpful. Lots of seating available and parking was relatively easy to find.
