House holiday rentals in Downtown, Tucson

We had a fabulous stay at Michael’s house in Tucson. We loved the mid century one level feel. The house is easy to find and Michael’s communication and instruction was impeccable. We had no issues with accessing the property. The house had everything we were looking for on this trip. Good value, proximity to UA, a private pool and backyard, and a comfy bed. The back yard is wonderful. We appreciated all of the little touches. Yoga mats and pool towels, fresh ground coffee provided, filtered water from the fridge, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and a/c for those hot Tucson days. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute casita! So happy to have found this gem. A two bedroom with private access to a beautiful pool. The southwestern decor, the ample supply of linens, and the movie theatre style projection tv were just a few of the amenities we enjoyed on our stay. The hosts really prioritized a comfortable, private stay for their guests. It was the perfect place to stay for our long weekend of exploring Tucson from San Diego.

Joseph was very helpful answering questions before arrival and during. He responded very quickly anytime we reached out to him. The home is very nice. Well taken care of and clean. The kitchen was quite complete with everything we needed. We always felt relaxed being there. The outside is very private. It is right on a major street and there is some traffic noise sometimes. It never bothered us, though. Having coffee or reading in the covered patio was very enjoyable. The patio furniture was comfortable. The primary bed's mattress could be firmer, but it was not uncomfortable. Heed Joseph's note about the pool not being heated. The high temps were in the 90-100 range, but we found the pool temperature to be a bit cooler than we were liked. This is NOT Joseph's fault; he gave adequate notice that it was not heated, except by the sun. We like a pool that is on the warm side and had hoped that the sun would have heated it more. Kids probably would not notice. We had a great time anyway!

This was such a great home! The pool was amazing! The home was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and would love to return one day.

We felt like home. We enjoyed being out by the pool and BBQ-ing after traveling for 2 days. We had everything we needed, the inside and outdoor space was so wonderful to just rest and enjoy nature but close enough to enjoy local activities in Tucson area.

Absolutely recommend this gem! This home is well-appointed, beautifully decorated, spotless, and full of charm! The pool was the perfect temperature—an absolute lifesaver during a heat wave—and the AC ran flawlessly 24/7. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you could possibly need, making it easy to feel right at home. Located in a great neighborhood where everyone was so friendly—we were greeted warmly on our morning walks. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Carrie and Patrick were so nice and welcoming and their property was so beautiful. We loved meeting the dogs, donkeys and goats. They even have wildlife come through their property but unfortunately we missed the javelina while we were there. If we ever go back to Tucson I would definitely stay at the Casita Del Rey again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Stayed for U of A graduation and appreciated the location. We walked or took the SLink to campus and we were close to 4th Ave activity. The property had all our needed amenities and was very comfortable for 6 of us. We would highly recommend to others wanting to stay close to downtown or the university.

This place was perfect for my stay in Tucson. Modern, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed in a place. Loved the aesthetic. It is conveniently located as well in Central Tucson. Will return on my next trip. Thank you for everything, Miles!

Eric’s place is very comfortable, the two bedrooms were on either side of his place each with their own bathroom. The mattresses were perfect. The living room/kitchen was very open and there was comfortable seating inside and on the front porch. It was tucked away so there is tons of privacy. The yard was taken care of and very attractive. We even had pigeons nesting nearby! Only the train going by made noise, but Eric offered ear plugs for anyone who needed. Very thoughtful.

This is a perfectly located newly remodeled bungalow south of downtown Tucson in the barrio. It's perfect for two people. Extremely well outfitted kitchen with range, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator. Best we've ever seen. Nice size bathroom, full set of towels, no complaints. Decor matches the pictures. The area is safe and quiet. Multiple breweries/restaurants within walking distance. We used Rocio's place as a base for our house hunting expedition and it really was exactly what we needed. Will likely be back.

This was a quick stop for us on the way home and last minute booking. Sue called to relay an issue w one of the door locks and provided lots of helpful recommendations!

Excellent neighborhood. Friendly cafes, an outstanding bookstore, great food coop, and steps to the tram that provides easy stops from downtown to the university. Kudos to Tucson public transportation!

Peter was a wonderful and responsive host. The casita was very comfortable and cozy and was beautifully decorated. The bathroom was A++ and the covered and secure parking was A++. I highly recommend Peter’s casita.

We had a wonderful visit to Tucson and enjoyed our stay at Songbirds and Serenity. The patio, pool, mountain views, and bird watching were spectacular. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Susan was very responsive to our questions. We plan to stay here again in our future visits to Tucson.

Great place to stay! There were 5 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Quiet and walkable neighborhood. House was inviting with comfortable furniture. Kitchen has everything and more to cook. Backyard was beautiful with flowers and plants, birds chirping and very peaceful. Pool and hot tub were a huge plus! Less than a 10 minute walk to amazing restaurants and a cafe. Shanna was as super responsive and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Anthony has a lovely place in a historic area that we love. He was responsive and welcoming from start to finish. The barrio is a special place and his casita has been kept with pride of place. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Our stay was excellent and stress-free. Casa Divina is spacious, yet very cozy. With Tucson being as "warm" as it is, it cooled very well. Highly recommend

Wonderful, peaceful location. Many little extras through out the house. little treats, bathroom well furnished with everything you need. The was exactly what we enjoy when away from home.

Relaxing and comfortable. We enjoyed staying at the Bungalow for the 2nd time within the time frame we were in Tucson. Felt like home after a while . The location is perfect and the home is uplifting and bright. You have everything available within walking distance if you want and pleasant to just stay home and relax and do work during the peak hours of Arizona heat. Thank you for being a great host!

We celebrated our daughter’s graduation - this was our home base for 3 days and just perfect for small gatherings. We lived the outdoor courtyard, nearby restaurants and cafes and proximity to the Sunlink. We will be back!!
