The studio was just as described. Beginning in our apartment hunting process, Jeff was very helpful, communicative, and flexible.

Had an awesome stay at Thomas’ place! The apartment had everything you could need for a short or long stay—super comfortable, well-equipped, and felt like home right away. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the work setup made it easy to get things done remotely. The porch was amazing too—perfect spot to have your coffee in the morning and just chill. Thomas was the best host—super responsive, helpful, and just genuinely great to deal with. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot if you want to participate in the evening scene of St. Pete. Probably not a place to bring small children due to the noise. We loved it because we were part of all the fun.

We really enjoyed our stay in St Pete at Mary's house and hope to stay there again soon. She is super friendly while at the same time our place was completely private. It is small, clean, and had everything we needed. Good location, probably our favorite stay in St Pete so far!!

What an adorable cottage and beautiful location . The house clean and so cozy . We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home . We went to a music festival and we just rented an uber or bikes which was all just a short ride away from the downtown area . Highly recommend booking this when it's available. We will be back ❤️

Lisa was an amazing host. The Airbnb was lovely and had everything we needed. In a safe, quiet, location that’s very walkable. The unit was clean, very well stocked, and a pleasure to stay at. Lisa was very kinda and let me check in early. Booked this the night before after deciding to extend our trip. She said we could check in anytime in the morning. Super thankful for great hosts like her.

Quiet, peaceful location that is very comfortable for one or two people. Beautiful decor, owner friendly but non- obtrusive. Only negative is lack of in-unit laundry, but we were able to work around it. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again when we return to St Pete.

We had a fantastic stay at Ayaiza’s place! My wife and I were in the process of moving to St. Petersburg, and this cozy studio was the perfect home base while we got our permanent home set up. The apartment was compact but incredibly well thought out, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The separate kitchen was a great size and the bathroom was clean and modern. There were so many thoughtful touches, like cold bottled water waiting for us in the fridge, that really made us feel welcome. Ayaiza was also a wonderful host, communicating proactively and answering all our questions quickly and clearly. The location was ideal, just minutes from our new home, and the self check-in and check-out process couldn’t have been easier. Overall, the space was spotless, stylish, and felt like it was designed with care and attention to detail. We’d gladly stay again.

The location was the best, right on Central Ave., which is where all the great restaurants, coffee shops and bars are. We had great time. Parking was easy and the apartment was clean, new and exactly as described. Brandon was super responsive and helpful.

Very nice location, gorgeous section of the historic northeast and only a few blocks from the heart of the city as well as the beach. The house smelled nice and fresh and had very convenient AC remotes! Very thoughtfully laid out and decorated space. 10/10!

What a great place for one or two and so close by St. Petersburg downtown. Richard did a fantastic job from start to finish. I had the chance to talk to him several times and he is very friendly and kind person. Richard also keeps the place up on a 5+ stars level. There is everything you need well organized. I noticed the Kurig cafe machine was not working, mentioned it and two hours later he came with a new machine. Such a great experience. I highly recommend that place and thank you for having me.

A fine place to stay for awhile on St Pete. Centrally located on a quiet residential street. Limited cooking facilities but plenty of good dining options nearby. The mature garden creates a nice ambiance. Very comfy bed and spacious shower. Would recommend for one or two people traveling lightly.

Our stay was pleasant with amazing views from the balcony. Place was clean and comfortable, only draw back was there wasn’t any body wash/soap products to take a shower. We ended up getting our own. Despite that, everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and amenities from the beach club across the street without the crowds was an awesome bonus. Pool and beach and gym access was amazing without having to pay for parking elsewhere. Just walk across the street. Apartment was homie and relaxing

I loved my stay. Amy was wonderful and helpful. We stayed in #3, which is in the back. it was quiet and secluded. Will have to come again.

If your looking for a place with lots to do yet quiet and inviting then look no further this is it! Great Water view , lots of dolphins an manatee’s. Pools beach, fishing, great eating! Go book it now, you won’t be sorry!

Very clean, great location! We were there for a concert at the England Brothers Park. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Hosts were quick to respond with a couple of questions I had.

We had a lovely stay at this cute little spot—perfectly sized for the three of us. The location was super convenient, just about 15 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to the beach, which made getting around really easy. The space was cozy and had everything we needed for a short getaway. Our only downside was how loud the AC unit was—it kind of felt like we were sleeping inside a rocket at Kennedy Space Center! It definitely made getting a good night’s sleep a bit tricky. But overall, we really enjoyed our time and appreciated the great location and charm of the place.

Russell's Oasis was exactly as described. The setting was peaceful and the condo was very clean! If we are back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Location of this condo was excellent! We had everything we needed for the beach and our stay. The furniture was very comfortable and we slept well. We would definitely pick this condo again when traveling to Madeira!
