Sandie was the best host I have ever had. She was so lovely and helpful and always very responsive. She stayed up when i arrived late to welcome me and make sure I got in ok, and was so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. She would get back to me very quickly if I ever had a question, and had lots of local recommendations for me. She even gave me a travel card so I wouldn't have to buy one! She works extremely hard for her tenants and it shows when you stay. I can't recommend her enough, thanks Sandie for making my stay in Montreal so wonderful.

Jessica’s place was spotless, well stocked and very comfortable. The washer and dryer were convenient and there is good parking. Jessica was very responsive and gave good recommendations. Highly recommended.

The apartment was immaculate, check in and out was easy, and Vanessa was very communicative and flexible. The location was absolutely perfect - very walkable and close to tons of great food and activities.

We enjoyed our stay at Maxine’s place. We really appreciated being able to drop off our luggage several hours before our check-in. The condo was as described, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a superb shower with multiple shower heads. A larger grocers store Provigo is a few minutes walk from the place. There is currently construction on the street right in front of the condo, so the street is blocked off (no traffic) and there is quite a bit of construction noise during the day. Since we were gone most of the day, it was not a problem for us. I would definitely come back in the future.

Very good apartment, cozy for one or two people and centrally located. Very clean! My only recommendation for future guests is not to walk alone at night.

Beautiful place. The location is too good. Im not sure if it’s possible to get a better location in Montreal, it made the trip!

Her home is beautiful. Has that “new home” smell. Absolutely clean and spotless. I loved how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was. Also, 15 minutes from any Walmart, mall, ice rink, airport, major stores, etc. I will definitely stay here again!

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Everything was just how Nabil described it. Super cozy Apartment which has a Parking Space which was great for us. Also loved that it has washing machine and dryer!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was comfortable and cozy, and the hot tub on the private patio was a lovely touch. It was so convenient, the Metro was close by, Rue St Catherine was steps away and there were so many restaurants, cafes, shops, parks and more. It was an amazing home base for our week exploring Montreal!!

Great apartment near Sherbrooke Street. The back deck worked out beautifully with summer weather. As described by owner, 3 bedrooms and a good sized living room. Kitchen worked out well. There is a bunk room for kids. The unit is upstairs and has a good railing to use. Parking outside on site. Pepper the cat was around on back deck. Very friendly cat. Restaurants, grocery store and SAQ walking distance. Fabulous kids playground in Westmount park. Perfect for our family.

I loved how roomy this place felt, there’s plenty of space to spread out and relax. The balcony setup is a real highlight, with cozy chairs. My only issue was the bedding, which didn’t feel as fresh as the rest of the space, a deep clean or new linens would make it even better. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic spot I’d happily book again.

Great location and really nice apartment ! Great layout, warm and cozy. The apartment is in a really lovely part of Montreal, parks, shops, downtown and really amazing restaurants all nearby.

Overall, my stay was great in Francesco’s place. He was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy. Easy access to the metro and very close to the 747 bus stop coming in and going to the airport. The only one slight thing I’ll mention which is not in Francesco’s control at all is that because of the secluded nature of the building (a plus), I did encounter occasional people who were using drugs outside (just from the area) but once security comes (around the late afternoon), it’s all clear. Again rarely happened but something for folks to just keep in mind. Honestly did not bother me otherwise. Just kept my distance to be safe. The unit was wonderful and my overall experience was great and Francesco was a wonderful host.

Great place and helpful institutions. Very well finished interior and well maintained. Will definitely come back in the future.

We just spent four lovely days in Jason and Eric's condo. The process was flawless. Great communication from beginning to end. They provided an informative book that explained everything about the condo and the neighborhood. We walked seven to eight miles a day in most of the central Montreal neighborhoods. The Plateau was the perfect neighborhood with lots of good restaurants, bars, cafes and markets all along the Avenue Mont Royal a walking street. The condo is directly across from La Fontaine Park.The park has every conceivable out door activity available - soccer, baseball, children's playgrounds, a lake and great people watching. The condo itself was very comfortable for four of us. It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The condo is actually two flats creatively joined together. It was more than we needed. It would easily work for a larger group. Montreal is a gem............and this is a great place to stay while exporing.

I spent a wonderful weekend with my family in Montreal, and Eric's accommodation contributed to that wonderful weekend in Montreal, which was exactly as it was stated in the ad. In addition, Erik's very detailed instructions for every detail, from parking to entering the apartment, reduced our stress when arriving in an unfamiliar environment. I can highly recommend this place to any family that wants to have a nice place to stay during their stay in Montreal.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo, a solid 5-star experience. We look forward to staying again in the future and will be happy to recommend it to friends.
