On an extended weekend with a friend, we were able to enjoy Emmanuelle's accommodation near Annecy with an incredible view of the Lake and the Mountains. The accommodation matches the description perfectly: very cozy, clean, pleasant, very well equipped and very well located. The private beach and pontoon at the residence is a big plus. We were there on the weekend of Ascension, so there was a lot of traffic and I recommend in this case to go to Annecy by bus (stop right next door). There are very nice restaurants nearby, the bike path just behind. Loved our stay. Thank you to Emmanuelle for her kindness and availability.

Very nice cozy peaceful apartment overlooking the park side with a beautiful lake view in the shade for very hot days. Everything is done for a pleasant stay, the air conditioning is a real plus. Quality equipment (kitchen, bathroom) and very comfortable beds. Thank you to Sylvie the owner and Carole who received us for their kindness and hospitality.

We had a great vacation at your place! The location of the accommodation is perfect to fully enjoy the calm of the lake, away from the hustle and bustle of Annecy. Armand is very welcoming and very accommodating. Special mention to Françoise who is a very kind and caring person. Our kids really enjoyed it, especially our 5-year-old daughter!

An ideal place for us to stay. In a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle, right on the lake, swimming, water sports, hiking, cycling. Everything possible. We felt very comfortable in Bruno's apartment. We didn't miss anything.

Claire and Benoit are extremely caring and available. The dishwasher was unfortunately out of order but it didn't bother us at all. To apologize, Claire and Benoit offered us a basket of local products, we appreciated this delicate attention. Despite the rain, we had a very good stay. The accommodation allowed us to be calm, and the hikes rejuvenated us. We recommend this beautiful place!

Very peaceful! Greeted us with smiles and a homemade cake! Full kitchen stocked and available for use. Garden of our dreams! You can feed the chickens and walk through their beautiful garden. We wish we could have stayed longer! Axel spoke English so he was able to give us hiking recommendations and answer any of our questions! Having AC after a long day was very nice. We would come back during the winter just to try out the sauna! Looks so nice. You definitely need a car to get around the neighboring towns but just staying at the house was so nice and a reprieve. Fabienne & Axel - you have a gem of a place! Thank you for having us!

Studio ideally located in a fairly quiet building, very clean and with everything you need. Very fluid communication with the owners. There's nothing to complain about, I recommend this accommodation :)

A very well-designed apartment. Very functional. Close to the beach of Menthon Saint Bernard... small walk in the evening with the lake and its changing lights.

Great apartment with a really amazing view..

Franck and Anne-laure are very welcoming, caring. The apartment is super cool, a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Anne-Laure gave me the good addresses of the restaurants and activities to do. The apartment is next to the lake, the small port. You feel good there. You can see that the owners are careful. I will recommend these hosts.
