Très bel appartement, vue incroyable, très bien équipé et à proximité de la plage. Plage privée et public avec toujours de la place. Situé entre Perast et Kotor , véhicule indispensable( attention à la circulation souvent embouteillée ). Natalya a toujours été réactive a nos demandes.

Ülkemizden uzak yerde bile evimiz gibi hissettiğimiz tek yer. Her şey çok ama çok güzel ve konforluydu. Ve en önemlisi bizi geldiğimiz ilk günden vedalaştığımız son ana kadar güler yüzüyle bizi hiç yalnız bırakmayan Olga’ya çok teşekkürler. Tekrardan gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz.

Park yeri yok fakat yol kenarında yer bulmamız için Ado yardımcı oldu. Park yeri olmayışı arabayla bir yere gitmek isterken bizi korkuttu. Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi sadece ingilizce bilmedikleri için çok anlaşamadık. Genel olarak iyi bir deneyimdi. Aracınız var ise park yeri olan yeri tercih edebilirsiniz. Bunun dışında gayet iyiydi

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in Kotor! De locatie was perfect – centraal gelegen, met alles wat je nodig hebt op loopafstand. De ruimte was schoon, netjes en duidelijk met zorg onderhouden, wat meteen een welkom gevoel gaf. De host was bijzonder vriendelijk en proactief, gaf duidelijke communicatie vooraf en stond altijd klaar met tips of hulp wanneer nodig – zonder opdringerig te zijn. Wat echt het verschil maakte: de parkeerplaats. Ruim, veilig en gemakkelijk bereikbaar – iets wat je niet vaak zo goed geregeld ziet bij een Airbnb in de stad. Kortom: alles klopte. We komen hier graag nog eens terug!

We recently stayed for a week away with our young family. The house is absolutely perfect, has everything you can possibly need for an incredible holiday. The view is out of this world - we felt very lucky to be there. Mladen was so friendly and helpful, answering all questions we had very quickly and going out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Не первый раз в Черногории, и каждый раз останавливаемся в этой квартире. В квартире есть всё что необходимо, фен, утюг, стиральная машина, интернет. Всё чисто. Есть кондиционеры. Близко к главное площади Тивата. Удобное заселение. Нам все очень нравится, остановимся еще раз. Спасибо большое!

I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. Wonderful location - easy walk around the bay to Kotor. The apartment was comfortable, clean and you just never tire of those views. Dusanka was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Val and Maya were exceptional hosts - incredibly responsive and couldn’t be more helpful with organising extras including airport transfers, a driver for an excursion and boat tour…all with trusted associates at great prices. Myself and my Family felt right at home in their apartment and I’d highly recommend a stay here!

Beautiful big flat with amazing view from the balcony!

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Parfait logement pour notre groupe de 9! La maison était splendide et l’hôte était très réactif. La localisation était idéale et nous avons adoré la piscine. Les seuls points négatifs étaient que le wifi fonctionnait mal et une des douches coulait.

Had a brilliant stay at Tatiana’s place. Tatiana was incredibly responsive throughout and let us have a later check out, which was really helpful with children. The apartment itself is great. Has everything that you need, is as described and clean. The view from the balcony was an absolute highlight for us. We spent every evening on the balcony - the view is something we will miss. There is also a pool, which my kids really enjoyed. The apartment itself is located about 1 hours walk from Kotor old town, but it is a nice walk along the beach front. Taxi’s are also easily accessible. We actually really enjoyed the area where the apartment itself is located. A little quieter than the busier old town- but still with a beautiful beach/promenade.There is a great restaurant nearby- where you can swim in the sea - which was great. Our kids loved it. There is also a park, a shop and a brilliant bakers within walking distance. Would recommend!

Logement au top : spacieux, propre, moderne, confortable avec une piscine super agréable avec une belle vue sur la baie de Kotor. Tout est bien pensé et fourni dans l’appartement avec une climatisation performante et discrète. Le logement est bien situé dans la baie de Kotor et la résidence est calme, avec peu de monde à la piscine. Notre arrivée s’est très bien passée avec présentation de l’appartement et remise des clés. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, je recommande à 100 % !

Nous avons passé une semaine sans problème. Bel environnement. Les descriptions correspondent aux photos. L'hôte est très réactif. Petit bémol: à notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré un léger problème dans la salle de bain; l'eau ne s'évacuait pas vite dans la baignoire. Sinon, je recommande à 100%.

Really enjoyed the stay and flat was fantastic. Great view from balcony. Facilities with pool sauna and steam room were great. Only slight downside was WiFi which we had to open flat door to get access despite the extender been right outside the door.

Beautiful place to stay with amazing views, location is a little far out from the centre but the host is very helpful with providing local taxi numbers and even phoned on occasion for us as we was struggling. Kept in communication the whole time and offered to arrange trips etc help to and from the airport

We had a lovely stay at Tijana's place! The view of the mountains and the ocean is absolutely stunning! The apartment is very well equipped with everything you will need! Tijana gave us great recommendations and she responded very quick to any of my messages! I would definitely recommend staying at her place! :)

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and transportation. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out seamless. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space that made it feel like home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and relaxing stay.

This apartment is in the heart of Perast on the water. It is in an older building. The best part was being able to sit on the balcony and watch all the goings on up and down the road. Perast is a lovely town, quaint with great restaurants and ice cream/gelato every 100 feet. It is a perfect apartment for three or more people with two bathrooms. We felt as if we lived there. Anita was extremely responsive and able to answer all questions asked especially as we were getting to know the apartment and town. She was also able to recommend a driver for us who was superb and we used him on three separate days. A truly enjoyable stay was had by all.

I would like to say a big thank you to Darko and his wife who were the perfect hosts for our stay. The place was as it was shown in the pictures and the apartment had everything you would need for your stay. The scenery from the balcony is breathtaking. There was a powercut in Tivatduring our stay and Darko was quick to give us an update about the expected time for it to return. It is also quite accessible for nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Quiet, peaceful, clean and homey; the apartment has everything. Definitely worth it! ⭐️

The unit was very well appointed, it had everything we needed for a month long stay. We enjoy cooking our own meals and everything was there to accommodate us. There was a washing machine in the unit that was a real asset for long stays. The unit was very clean and stocked with essentials such as toiletry items, paper towel, spices for cooking and cooking oil. Damir was quick to respond to any questions we posed to him and his parents even dropped off a wonderful desert….how much better can one get than that.

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

We’ve had an amazing stay in Casa Donja Lastva! Utterly romantic and gorgeous surroundings. Swimming, resting, enjoying the sunset every evening has given us such a needed recharge! Thank you ♥️
