My family and I had a great time at Balai Pandi. We loved that the place allowed our fur babies to come along with us. They were allowed to freely roam the property and swim in the pool. Ate Kim and Kuya JR both made sure that we were comfortable and were on call in case we needed refills for things like toilet paper, dishwashing soap, and trash bags. The place itself is very spacious and it had everything we needed for a relaxing staycation. Only negative thing is that the kitchen was not very clean when we arrived, especially the refrigerator and freezer. The freezer was lined with dirty ice and a used spoon stuck into it. However, we were able to make do by lining the freezer with plastic bags so that we can store our food & ice. I would also suggest bringing insect repellent or bug spray, especially if you intend to hang out in the outdoor area throughout the day. Overall, we had a lovely stay in Balai Pandi and would love to come back for our next family staycat

I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

The location was easy to find the host was super responsive of our queries. We also enjoyed our stay.

The place is spacious and clean. The two cabins as bedrooms are tidy and beds are comfortable. There are a lot of restrooms and shower rooms so it's a good thing especially for large groups. The caretaker is approachable and provided us the stuff that we requested. Our group had a great stay and will surely recommend the place.

The place is smaller than what it looks like in the photos, but the place is very clean and cozy, it is safe and quiet. I love how it’s minimalist and yet functional. There is a gated parking area, drinking water, towels, hangers, slippers, kitchen utensil and toiletries are provided. I also love the big bed, we had a good and relaxing sleep. The host gave a good recommendation for a good place to eat, and accommodated our same day request to also rent their other casita. We loved our stay, will definitely book again if we need to go to Bulacan, specially for watching concerts, you can see Philippine Arena from the place 😊

I and my husband and our fur baby had a remarkable stay and we highly recommend the place, especially for couples and small families looking for a serene getaway. The villa offers a generously sized private space that includes a private pool, perfect for leisurely dips. Additionally, the villa features its own carport, ensuring the safety and security of your vehicle throughout your stay. While the location is largely peaceful, potential guests should be aware of occasional karaoke from a neighboring villa and some road noise from loud vehicles. However, these minor disturbances hardly impacted the overall tranquility of the place. The villa came equipped with complete cookware and all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Furthermore, fishing at the pond was a particular treat, and much appreciation goes to Kuya for his patience and for making our fishing adventure memorable. Overall, it is a perfect retreat for those seeking peace in a private and luxurious setting.

Ms. Camille is very responsive and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay! Overall, it was worth it! Our whole family enjoyed the stay especially the kids!

If you want to have a private time and space with your friends and family this place is perfect, mins away from restaurants and mall and easy to find if you come from NLEX had a great time because of the amenities the host and his staff are very friendly and easy to approach during I need help with some things around the house I also like their entertainment system great for family bonding and occasion will rent this place again 😄

From the moment we arrived until the time we left, everything was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. The place itself is beautiful and peaceful, with a very calming atmosphere that’s perfect for a quick getaway. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the overall vibe of the resort made it easy to unwind. The view was also stunning—you truly feel close to nature. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service. Ate Grace, the caretaker, was incredibly helpful and made sure all our needs were taken care of. She was friendly, attentive, and made our stay even more comfortable. We highly recommend Hardin ni Nanay to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat with great amenities and top-notch service. We’ll definitely be back!

Our family had a great time at Nico’s place. The place was very nice, clean, quiet and private. The place have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. They have complete amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It was better than a hotel stay, so I highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely come back! Went with my fanily and to have our Pre-nup. The host was very gracious and was very willing to cater to our requests. The place is so beautiful. Even better than the photos. The place is great for any season. Summer for a great barkada get away and during the start of rainy season for a great ambiance. There are 2 cute turtles onsite as well. The care takers are super attentive and kind. Will book again soon, maybe with friends :)

Our stay at Sea Haven 88 Beach house was one of the best. Upon arrival, the caretakers (Ate Rose and Kuya) warmly greeted us and guided us through the house rules around the house. They were kind and patient with all our queries and requests. Like Ms. JA, who answered all our inquiries before our trip. During our stay, we had the most fun with the billiards and swimming pool. Their original videoke was broken but they had a rented one which added to the fun. They also have a mini library with books and boardgames for those introvert-type guests. The kitchen was complete, we no longer needed to bring anything for cooking. Although they changed the rooms, they were bigger and prettier than we expected. The pictures didn't serve the justice of how cool and awesome were the rooms, even the room with 3 bunk beds. Overall, the place is a chance to feel at home in a beach front house. My family enjoyed and appreciated the warm welcome!

Riverflow is a safe spot to just chill and spend time in nature. The campsite was open, but it was safe since the caretakers are just around. The restroom is amazing and functional. The space is big enough for kids to play around. We had the best time with a little bit of adventure. We were able to try taking our car off road and it was a fun ride! The owner was kind enough to let us checkin on an earlier time. We also tried going around the area and was able to plunge on the nearest river. The caretaker took us, and she said there are more spots around the area aside from the one we went to. The ducks and dogs also played around the campsite, tho it was fun at first, the ducks pooped around our area. Overall, it's still a fun short stay and we recommend it for families to try. Very kid friendly and accomodating staff.

Stayed at Casa Editha because of a concert in PH Arena (just 15-20 mins away). Place is as described, and spacious enough for 4 adults + 1 small dog. It is easy to find, in a secured and peaceful location, GrabFood is available, near different stores and establishments, so no worries on your daily needs. We will definitely book this place again!
