Diese Unterkunft war mehr wie wir erwartet haben. Nicht nur, dass man herzlich und persönlich (aber trotzdem flexibel) in Empfang genommen wurde - wir hatten den Transfer mit gebucht - wir wurden auch mit zusätzlichen Infos rund um versorgt. Was ich besonders hervorheben möchte ist zusätzlich zu dem professionellen Umgang mit uns auch die einfache und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Gästebetreuung. Wir waren etwa eine Woche vor Ort und obwohl es wirklich ausreichend Handtücher gab, wurde die Unterkunft inklusive Pool 2x gereinigt und die Handtücher getauscht. Darüber wurden wir vorab via Messenger-Service informiert sowie die entsprechende Uhrzeit kommuniziert. Es war einfach, unkompliziert und wir konnten uns wunderbar entspannen. Mit Roller ist alles einfach zu erreichen, aber auch für den ersten oder den letzten Tag kann man problemlos das Nötigste zu Fuß erreichen. Taxiservice usw. wird außerdem von der Unterkunft angeboten. 100% Empfehlung - wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Beachfront Villa Koh Samui new rental

Wir waren mit unseren kleinen Kindern leider nur 5 Nächte in der Villa, aber es hätten gerne mehr sein dürfen. Der Transfer zur Villa im privaten Taxi war inklusive. Dort hatten wir sehr viel Platz und einen fast privaten Strand mit sehr flachem Wasser. Die Umgebung und Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, aber es gibt auch gute Restaurants und Bars einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Zum Mittag waren wir z.B. gerne in The Mud. David war ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er gab uns hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und hat sich auch sonst sofort um alle Anliegen und Wünsche gekümmert. Daher hatten wir einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt.

Wir waren 5 erwachsene und ein Kind. Es war ein sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer und alles war neu und sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und keine Beanstandungen. Alle Räume haben Klimaanlage, ein Großer Balkon ist da, der Pool ist 2 min entfernt und gleich dahinter das Meer.

Chayakorn's place was great! We ended up hunkering in for a few days during a storm and we didn't feel stir crazy as we had a full fridge and microwave for snacks until we could go to restaurants again. During the heavy rain, the power went out once and there was a leak, but after letting the host know, they immediately came over to clean up the water and provide fresh towels for us - totally above and beyond given that none of these things were Chayakorn's fault at all, plus the power came back after 15 mins or so. The staff are super friendly and always provided us with what we needed, water, towels, and keeping the place nice and clean. We had troubles getting a taxi from the bus station to the room, but Chayakorn got us a taxi and coordinated the pickup - this was a huge help. They also hooked us up with a local vendor to rent a scooter, which I'd say is a must. The price was right and the bikes were in great shape. I'd totally recommend Chayakorn's properties!

The location was perfect - just a few steps to the beach which we basically had to ourselves the whole time! The villa itself was lovely and spacious inside, immersed in palm trees and gorgeous forestry. We arrived late so it was dark, making the walk through the paths slightly unnerving since it is quite off the beaten track. However, we soon got our bearings. There was also a 7 eleven just at the end of the road. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Property is steps from the beach. Nice home with all you need for a great vacation. Location requires transportation unless you stay home. Many restaurants surround the property. Moped rentals are available. The host was extremely responsive and assisted whenever necessary .
