Un lugar tranquilo y seguro para tu estadía, a un par de km del centro de san Miguel. Miguel muy atento y servicial desde inicio a fin, todo excelente!

Creo que es un lugar en el que vale la pena hospedarse! Literalmente tiene de todo! Para que no tengas que preocuparte, lo recomiendo! 100% Volvería a hospedarme aquí !

We had a wonderful month long stay at Luis Manuel’s place. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed. Luis was very friendly and responsive with any questions we had. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace, the heated pools, and the beautiful grounds of the complex. It is within walking distance to the convenience store, grocery store, and bus stop to Centro. Highly recommend!

My first time In San Miguel de Allende was made even better with this beautiful home. I was traveling alone... but enjoyed having so much room. Beautiful courtyard sitting area, bright colorful kitchen, dining and sitting room... with all the comforts of home. There were breakfast treats waiting for me. Charming bedroom, bathroom... and even a full laundry room. Excellent wifi and tv service... although I stayed so busy in town (a short walk away) it wasn't much needed. The view from the rooftop patio is breathtaking. I drank my coffee up there several mornings... watching the hummingbirds buzz around. The hosts were so responsive and helpful. Can't wait to get back soon. Thank you Brigham and Lynn.

Osacr excelente anfitrión, el departamento con todo lo necesario y supere limpio. La alberca templada y muy limpia mi nietos disfrutaron mucho el. Plus del transporte al centro increíble... Todo super bien 100% recomendable.

Lovely place, it is way more spacious and beautiful than in the photos. Very private despite there being another home on the property you hardly notice anyone is there and it is pretty set back from this place. The outdoor spaces are awesome and we would definitely come back. Had everything we would have needed for a long stay. In a very nice part of town that is flat and walkable to the city center within 8 minutes. Couple things to note: there is a smoke alarm in the bedroom that flashes a bright light every 3-4 minutes that could be annoying to those who are light sleepers. Also, the main door to the home doesn't have a deadbolt, which wasn't an issue as the whole facility was very secure, but I could see it making people uncomfortable.

La casa esta en una excelente ubicación, el fraccionamiento está muy bonito y bastante tranquilo. La casa nos gustó mucho, es grande y bastante cómoda, nos gustó que cada habitación tenía su tele y ventilador. Diego, estuvo muy pendiente antes y durante nuestra estancia resolviendo todas nuestras dudas.

The house was located at an excellent location. The house was really clean and huge for our big party. They communicated fast and were resourceful. We were able to be accommodated a little ahead of time which was a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Una hermosa casa, con detalles elegantes un ambiente familiar y acogedor, en un lugar privado y con hermosa vista tal cual la descripción, que para ser honestos supera las expectativas. El anfitrión super atento, amable y pendiente todo el tiempo, Gracias por tan bonita experiencia, un airbnb super recomendable en verdad van a querer hacer de este lugar su estancia favorita en San Miguel A.

Estuvimos muy agusto, la casa está muy disfrutable, tiene todo lo que podríamos necesitar, nuestros perritos gozaron el jardín enormemente, hicimos una carne asada, por cierto además del Oxxo que hay a la entrada de la colonia, en una colonia vecina, en la Av Colonial pueden encontrar todo tipo de comercios, como tortillería, frutas y verduras y tiendas de abarrotes. La casa está muy bien ubicada y en pocos minutos en coche estuvimos en los lugares que quisimos visitar Muchas gracias por todo Daniela, seguro regresaremos en otra ocasión

Stayed here for a girls trip and the home exceeded my expectations and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ginny’s home felt extremely spacious and we had plenty of room even with our large group. I loved the location, we were easily able to walk to several spots and the view was even better! The home fit right in to the city with its beautiful architecture and interesting art throughout. We did have some issues with the WiFi being very spotty and some of the rooms did get pretty warm during the day but there were plenty of fans. I would definitely recommend staying here for your visit!

Excellent stay once again! We enjoyed the privacy of the house and the back yard. We love eating on the back porch and having a BBQ. The beds are super comfortable and enjoyable. We will be back soon!

Spacious, well equipped, lovely space. I really enjoyed this space. I would highly recommend.

The Dona Jimenez suite was lovely and had everything we needed, especially AC that we ran while in the room. It was walkable to the centro and far enough away from the noise of town. I loved the decor and the finishes were perfect for a historical location. You can feel Adriana’s care and pride in her beautifully appointed house. We appreciated Adriana’s suggestions for places to eat and visit. The only less than perfect thing was that a neighbors dogs barked at night, so bring and use ear plugs. Otherwise, everything else was perfect and well worth the uphill walk from town!

We were in the middle of a move and one of us recovering from surgery. This was a perfect haven away from the chaos to recuperate while looking out at the peaceful patio and rest in quiet after a day of packing. Marcos was also very flexible and responsive when we had any questions and when we needed to add more dates. It’s also a really cute neighborhood with lots of green space.

El departamento es mucho más lindo de lo que se muestra en las fotos, la atención de Santiago fue un nivel más de lo que puedes esperar , nosotros llegamos un día antes de la fecha que teníamos reservada y nos solucionó poder entrar antes de nuestra fecha de reserva, a pesar de que el departamento aún no estaba listo el se movilizó hasta lograr resolvernos el poder entrar antes , el jacuzzi está increíble los jardines bellísimos.

El lugar es muy tranquilo y muy lindo

El condominio es muy bomito y limpio esta muy centrico 10 min caminando al centro mucho reataurantes y cafecitos alrededor el señor jose que cuida los depas es super atento y servicial definitivamente volvemos ..

Excelente ubicación. Ideal para ir en familia. Los espacios del depto. son muy amplios y la comunicación con el anfitrión es muy sencilla. Está a pocos minutos de la plaza principal caminando. Muy recomendable!!
