Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

“La casa del bucato” was so called because it is located near the wash house that once (and sometimes still today) was used by the women of the village to do laundry, “l'ansiva” in fact. This small but cozy house, fully accessible, with attention to the smallest details to lull you in the mountain charm, consists of a single room that houses a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom and overlooks the outdoor area equipped as a solarium.

My house is located in a village of a few sunny and quiet houses, near the Dora and a few minutes walk from the ski lifts and the center of Courmayeur. It is a newly built house, consisting of a very bright large living room overlooking a beautiful kitchen with a peninsula, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a second bedroom, two bathrooms and a laundry room. The entire apartment overlooks a private terrace and a small garden.

Le Sapin: 40 sqm apartment tastefully furnished and cared for in every detail. Located on the 2nd floor of an 1800s house, completely renovated in 2006. Inside, "Le Sapin" (the fir tree) dominates among the various objects, recalling the scents of our woods. The accommodation is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4 by sleeping on the double sofa bed. A crib is available on request.
