Carlos from the first contact always very solicitous and attentive. Home is just like the photos, nicely decorated and new, but still better in person. Extremely clean, smelly and tidy, we didn't miss anything at all! New linens, towels, cooking utensils. TV and Netflix in all of the suites. In addition to the cleaning service that was granted to us as a courtesy, his employee Ana served us with breakfast and lunch, when we woke up, everything was ready. Luiz (homemade) also served us very well! I was standing by all the time for whatever we needed. Our New Year's Eve experience was great, nothing to complain about, we felt in an inn and even so with privacy, as the employees are very discreet. We'll be back for sure!

I loved the stay! Casa Clean, organized, well equipped with the essentials for a quiet stay. I and my family fell in love with the view, sunset, house layout and pool and sauna. Wonderful barbecue grill, clean and very comfortable bathrooms! Thainá was very polite and helpful. My puppies were and loved everything so much. I felt security on the fence of the house, plus a well-kept garden!!!! I highly recommend the house, you will stay calm, well stayed and can rest a lot. It is an easily accessible area, but far from the city. Therefore, we programmed ourselves well to take everything necessary. We made campfire and it was great too. All wonderful! It was an unforgettable date, my daughter 's graduation We were surprised by the very quiet and private place,better than on the photos. The sauna was in perfect condition ,the accommodations were enough for 12 people. Housekeeper and wife ,very considerate always helpful and contact with Marcos always on standby. Super recommend and my guests loved it ! Thanks for this family moment! My parents of advanced age took advantage of the leisure space, all footwear and lawn !

The space is wonderful and truly luxurious. The house is very beautiful, everything is very clean, organized and well assembled. Really an incredible experience for those who want a beautiful, cozy and still with several attractions. Easy to find location in Marilandia, very close to the main highway.

I and my girlfriend stayed for about 4 months from the house and I was very good. An amazing view, perfect for those looking for a quiet place to stay or to enjoy the weekend. We work from home office and everything went well in relation to the internet. The town is cold at night there so it's good to bring sweaters and covers. We will definitely want to return in the future!

Our stay was perfect! Thaís' house is very new, it had everything we needed to spend a perfect family vacation. The house has pool and bath towels, linens, pillows, everything new and very clean. Thaís recommended a beverage distributor who became our support to deliver everything we needed during the stay (excellent recommendation). From the very first contact, Gutemberg made himself available to deliver things from the bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, whatever was needed. We stayed for 4 days and didn't have to take the car for anything at all. It has a grass soccer field and a beach tennis court that are perfect, an environment shared with 2 other houses that are also Thai's. Simply perfect. The sunset at the house is an attraction in itself, simply perfect. I recommend it!

Gualter served us with a lot of education, it was very easy to communicate. The place is simple and cosy, it corresponded to what we were looking for. Super recommend!

Vale a lot to know, the region is super quiet without any noise even though it is very close to BR 381 which makes everything better because it has easy access. Serginho is super helpful, we kept in touch before the stay and he was extremely attentive, taking all the questions we had. The house is small but comfortably accommodates 8 people, 12 people would be tighter but caters well. The barbecue area is great, the house has a refrigerator and freezer so it held all the extremely cold drinks in the freezer and in the refrigerator all the food we bring. The pool is not heated but it was very good besides very clean. It has an ideal size, I thought it was relatively large. For those who seek nature I highly recommend, we had visits of 2 beautiful Siriemas that were in the garden on our side, it was amazing. Chekout Time is worth mentioning, entering at 10:00 and leaving the next day at 5:00 pm is an excellent differential!! I loved it and will return in the future!

The hosting experience was wonderful. The site is much more beautiful than it looks for the photos and surprised us. The place is huge, well organized and very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and barbecue area/gourmet space is very good. Very quiet place, easy access, you don't even need to hit dirt road to get there. The host Rodrigo was extremely polite with us and clarified all our questions, before and during the stay. We will return for sure.

Vitor's place is a very beautiful and pleasant place to enjoy with the family! Very nice and nice place! The garden is beautiful and with many fruit feet, the huge pool and the wood-burning stove is a charm! As a host, Vitor was very helpful, pleasant and helpful, always ready and concerned about our stay! I went with my pets and they loved it too. We'll be back for sure!

Wonderful place! Full kitchen, comfortable rooms, very large house, airy. Perfectly accommodates the maximum number of people allowed. The owners are really cool! I personally did not meet Regina, but from the phone contacts I had with her, she responded very promptly. Mr Valter welcomed us and was also available at all times to assist us and answer any questions! Very nice person! We feel at home We'll be back soon, God willing!

The place is large and very wooded. it has several rooms and really holds from a couple to a very large family. The pool was in perfect condition equal to the photos

Very good the space, but I found a little privacy by the homemade being right in front of the guest's house and often he stays there looking, this takes some of the privacy, even to use the Spa… but otherwise very well organized… I indicate a lot.

I only advise you to take your groceries when you go, the city that is 2 km from the place is very small with few options.

The site, as described in the advertisement, has a very spacious grassy yard, playground, swimming pool, great environment for children to play, very quiet place. Paulo and Tida were very attentive, responding quickly to questions. Easily accessible location, good road, following the GPS there is no error. Paulo provided all the necessary information before check-in.
