Apartment holiday rentals in Dives-sur-Mer

My husband and I have just spent two wonderful weeks at Miguel and Karine's. The apartment is very functional and warm, and of exemplary cleanliness. They are very attentive hosts and really concerned with making their nice accommodation as hospitable as possible. Nothing is missing: there are even some very well-chosen books and indoor and outdoor games! The location with sea view is really very nice: very quiet and in a nice residence. Impossible to get bored even if you want to forget the car: just a few steps away, there is the nautical club and the beautiful promenade along the beach (for pedestrians and bikes) that goes from the resorts of Lion sur Mer to the center of Ouistreham with a maritime port and various museums... and nearby: a very good restaurant and a small beach bar for ice cream and pancakes: very nice! It was a beautiful discovery and we hope to return!

Excellent accommodation, crazy terrace with amazing view!! Close to everything, parking space for the car, we don't use the stay! Perfect equipment, I recommend +++++ Thank you Bruno for being able to allow us to extend our stay for the day!

We were delighted with our stay at Martine's! A very nice, welcoming, available and accommodating person! The apartment is ideally located, very clean, with all the necessary comforts for a couple and 50 meters from the beach! Not to mention Deauville, which is 10 minutes away, and the landing beaches, which are an hour's drive away! We highly recommend Martine for a romantic getaway :)

Clean and functional apartment with garden, and very well located. It is located 10 minutes from the city center via the promenade along the sea and has all the amenities (a baby bath is even available which was very useful for our 4-month-old). Gaëlle responds quickly and gives good advice. Parking space in the residence is very convenient. In short, ideal apartment for a pleasant stay in Cabourg.

We are delighted with our stay. First of all, Annie's welcome was warm. We appreciated Annie's availability and small touches. The apartment is very nice, bright and functional. There's nothing missing. It feels like home. Finally, the sea view is magnificent. In short, everything was good. Recommended without hesitation.

Apartment matches the description but the address of the place on the site does not match, even if very close. Warm welcome from Mickael and very friendly. Close to the sea and the city center. To be repeated.

swimming pool was under maintenance. Accommodation very good, nice that there is an elevator. Small but functional. There was a defect with the shutter in the living room but was repaired very quickly with the help of Estelle. Would definitely rent this accommodation again.

We had a fantastic time in the vicinity of Caen. With a beautiful view of nature. This is a perfect base for exploring Normandy.

We loved our stay in Villiers-Sur-Mer. Check-in was easy, the flat is lovely and so close to the beach. You can hear the sea from the bedrooms. The stairs are worth it for the lovely view - we had a 1 year old with us and it was fine. Thanks!

We had a great time, in a really quiet apartment, with a nice relaxing view, all in a very nice and wooded residence. The apartment itself is as advertised in the photos: bright, extremely clean, well arranged and carefully decorated. And the hospitality is perfect, between the small touches and the guide left available. We immediately felt at home, thank you for this stay!

The concierge, Mr. Chrétien, welcomed us warmly. He is really friendly, smiling and gave us good advice on places to visit in Cabourg. We easily found a parking space in the street. The apartment, located on the 2nd floor, is clean and bright. The bed is comfortable, as is the sofa. The rest is also very good, except for a small flaw: the toilets are really cramped and difficult to access. Outside, the green spaces are well maintained and the swimming pool, in full sun, is really great!

Very nice accommodation, splendid view of the sea and the setting sun, direct access to the sea (less crowded area than the surrounding areas), everything you needed for baby equipment. Marie is very caring and concerned that our stay goes well (stay guide document, messages, responsiveness, etc.). We thank him and recommend this accommodation!
